With the new trilogy coming to an end and Agent 47 yielding to 007, the developers have finally stuck the landing thanks to a few smart tweaks to design, mechanics, and tone. It's a shame it took until the final chapter to deliver on the potential.

Imposer une certaine rigueur au joueur est évidemment une partie de l’essence d’un simulator. A-t-on pour autant besoin de cloisonner l’expérience jusqu’à ce que le joueur se demande si on le prend pour un incapable ? Intéressant sur le papier pour son propos très spécifique, sa sélection de véhicules et sa réalisation technique correcte, Road Maintenance Simulator se met en dehors de cela un gros coup de pelle sur la tête. Ultra-dirigiste, il a rapidement fait d’ennuyer -sinon frustrer- le plus bienveillant des joueurs. Certaines tâches ne sont pas simplement fastidieuses, elles sont abrutissantes. On y reste une poignée d’heure pour tester au moins une fois chaque type de mission, et puis c’est tout.

Con poco più di 20 euro potete portarvi a casa un prodotto estivo divertente e frenetico, capace di mixare con inaspettata capacità tanti aspetti RPG che denotano una grande passione da parte del team per il genere. È tutto perfetto? No, ma va anche bene così: il titolo scorre bene, assolve la propria funzione di connubio sport-rpg con nonchalanche, nicchiando qua e là tra Inazuma Eleven ed i manga sul genere. Nonostante una mappa che finisce presto di stupire e una difficoltà purtroppo bilanciata verso il basso, se siete in cerca di un prodotto fresco e spensierato, Dodgeball Academia potrebbe stupirvi.

Miitopia is a weird old game, that’s for sure. If from what you’ve read you think you’d enjoy seeing King King Dedede (sic) encouraging our very own Zion Grassl to marry his daughter Kazooie over Jon Cartwright, then you’re bound to have a good time with this. It’s very much the type of game in which you get out as much as you put in; if you’re not into injecting a copy of Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash into the role of a genie then you might want to think twice, or at least give the free demo a whirl. Whimsy and madcap situations a-plenty, this is a crossover that could rival Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, provided you’re willing to put the effort in.
