Vous aimez les films de Michael Bay ? Vous aimerez Marvel's Spider-Man : Miles Morales. Séquences spectaculaires, gameplay intuitif inspiré des jeux Rocksteady, sauvegardes qui permettent de recommencer immédiatement sans rien perdre de sa progression... Un jeu facile, rapide, vite consommé. C'est une superbe démo technologique, un jeu de lancement parfait. N'espérez pas y passer des dizaines d'heures par contre : après avoir plié la campagne principale en un week-end, la constellation d'objectifs copiés-collés vous donnera des boutons. Reste que ce lancement de console trouve son équilibre entre jeux accessibles (Marvel's Spider-Man : Miles Morales, DiRT 5) et exigeants (Demon's Souls, WRC 9). À vous de choisir votre camp.

Observer System Redux is the clearly superior version of the 2017 horror game. While it’s no sequel, a few new side missions and enhancements to the game’s look and feel are welcome and give Observer a fuller, more meaningful life on new-gen consoles. This is still above all else a dirty, rotten game with so much pessimism bleeding through the walls that it can feel claustrophobic even to horror veterans like me. However, if you’re willing to trudge through the muck that this game calls a setting, the audiovisual experience is unlike anything else you’ll find in the medium.

Un po' platform un po' shooter, GoNNER 2 è soprattutto un rougelite spietato, uno di quei titoli dove ad una minima distrazione corrisponde una sentenza senza appello: game over. Nonostante la sua crudeltà, il titolo di Art in Heart riesce a tenere incollati i giocatori grazie alla sua direzione artistica unica e completamente folle e schiva agilmente i picchi senza ritorno di frustrazione tramite un sistema di progressione che premia la tenacia e l'impegno, dando così significato ad ogni piccolo passo in avanti.

To say that Destiny 2: Beyond Light is bad is unfair. It does some things well and it is still better than a number of games on the market in the genre. The problem is that I wouldn’t exactly call it that good either. It has been shown up by many other Destiny expansions. It is my sincerest of hopes that this shaky start is just an anomaly for Bungie’s new direction, but the game’s state ever since Shadowkeep also leads me to believe otherwise. I can’t really recommend this game unless you really like how Destiny 2 has been recently or if you find it for cheap.

One tiny step forward and three huge leaps backwards. Some minor modern improvements fail to mask the failures of this remake. If you want the best experience, the 2003 original is the definitive edition.
