Diablo 4 is a stunning sequel with near perfect endgame and progression design that makes it absolutely excruciating to put down. The story is a pretty big disappointment despite still being a noticeable improvement over Diablo 3 and there are some annoying bugs that need squashing, but the combat, the loot game, and both the sights and sounds of this world are impressive enough to smooth over those rough edges. Diablo 4 takes the strategy of refining things the series already did so well rather than giving it a more substantial overhaul, and that careful and reverent path has shaped this massive sequel into one of the most polished ARPGs ever created, which makes slicing through the legions of the damned a hell of a good time.

Supraland Six Inches Under, seppur nato come un DLC del primo capitolo, si è rivelato un seguito perfetto, con idee fresche e interessanti che hanno arricchito la già ottima base offerta di partenza. Non abbiamo rimpianto la minor quantità di combattimento all'interno del titolo, dato che questa è stata rimpiazzata da enigmi originali e mai ripetitivi o frustranti. L'altra lode va senza dubbio alla mappa di gioco, molto più estesa e ricca di dettagli ben disegnati e in grado di dare vitalità e carattere ad aree piuttosto semplici in termini di design.

Diablo 4 est extrêmement généreux. Une nette évolution de la franchise et un véritable retour en force. Ce quatrième opus fait tout en mieux et en plus grand. Un vaste monde, plus d’une centaine de donjons, une personnalisation ultra-poussée… Rien n'est laissé au hasard. En prime, sa campagne narrative est un petit régal à parcourir. La narration a eu le droit à bien plus d'attention que par le passé, le doublage (VF et VO) est un régal et les cinématiques sont sublimes. Même la mise en scène claque. Pour ce qui est du endgame, ça s’annonce chargé. Entre un système Parangon entièrement revu et infiniment plus profond que par le passé, des défis à n’en plus finir et des niveaux de difficulté toujours plus élevés, vous allez avoir de quoi faire. Reste maintenant à voir ce que ça donnera sur le long terme en ce qui concerne l’équilibrage général des classes, la redondance et ce que le système saisonnier aura à nous proposer. De même que son modèle économique, toujours mystérieux à l’heure de ce test. Mais nous y reviendrons. En l’état, Diablo 4 reste tout de même un jeu ultra solide.

Diablo IV es tremendamente adictivo, su combate es formidable y la construcción de los personajes es excelente. Aprende de Diablo II, sí, pero también de Diablo III y de Diablo Immortal. Más MMO que nunca en un nuevo camino que transitar para la saga.

Exterminar demonios en Diablo 4 ha sido una experiencia increíble. Han sido 50 horas apoteósicas; un viaje inolvidable plagado de combates memorables y emocionantes sorpresas. Y a pesar de haber jugado tanto sigo con ganas de más porque da la sensación de que apenas he explorado la superficie de un juego inmenso plagado de contenidos de calidad. Blizzard ha cubierto el mundo de Santuario de un sinfín de oscuros secretos y temibles campos de batalla que no parecen tener fin. Y aún cuando acabas la historia, sigue desvelando más y más secretos; más y más desafíos extremos solo aptos para los más valientes. Este juego es el mejor regalo que podían recibir los fans de la saga Diablo. Una sangrienta fantasía que no te puedes perder.

Tirando le somme, Amnesia: The Bunker è un gioco che promette più di quanto riesce a offrire: le consigliate sperimentazioni e capacità di adattamento cozzano contro l'evidente direzione imposta dagli sviluppatori, impedendo azioni banali a favore di altre che spingono a sfruttare in determinati modi quanto l'ambiente circostante ha da offrire. Le risorse sono fin troppo legate alla difficoltà selezionata, al punto che lo stacco tra facile e normale si percepisce in modo molto netto soprattutto nel suo obbligare il giocatore a una costante microgestione, anziché all'uso accorto o ingegnoso di quanto ha a disposizione. La bestia diventa facilmente origine di frustrazione, più che di ansia, o quantomeno rappresenta un blando ostacolo di cui sbarazzarsi in un modo o nell'altro anziché la costante minaccia che dovrebbe essere. Ogni passaggio chiave del gioco si risolve in continuo andirivieni tra le aree, un po' per mantenere il generatore acceso e un po' perché si deve trovare l'oggetto per proseguire - salvo poi scoprire che ne serve un altro ancora. Amnesia: The Bunker è il simbolo di una serie che ha già iniziato ad arrancare e dovrebbe trovare altre strade per evolversi, altrimenti il rischio è quello di ripetere gli stessi errori fino a un punto di rottura.

Decades of sub-par copycats haven’t dulled the appeal of Puzzle Bobble and while there’s too few new ideas this is an effective reboot for what remains a classic match-three puzzler.

Aún sin hacer nada necesariamente original o rompedor dentro de un género que lo tiene todo dicho, no puedo no recomendar el juego. Miasma Chronicles quizá no sea lo que necesita la estrategia táctica para evolucionar, pero hace los deberes, con nota y cumple en lo que se le pide. Su historia es algo anecdótica, pero tiene cierto atractivo ayudado por ese mundo de juego tan vasto, duro y visualmente apabullante que dejas pasar sus "complicaciones" a la hora de guiarte por el juego. Es el mejor ejemplo de “otro XCOM”, pero no por ello es desmerecedor de elogios.

I can't say Amnesia is still a groundbreaking horror franchise like it was at the beginning. The larger story it was building has already been played out with Rebirth. But Amnesia: The Bunker proves that smaller, anthology-style episodes within its universe can still bring the tension and the scares. And Frictional's bag of tricks is far from exhausted when it comes to getting our hearts pounding and making us carefully consider how to use the limited tools available to us. It's not an unmissable experience, but as an Amnesia fan, it definitely sated my appetite for some gut-churning horror and moody, bleak storytelling.

Amnesia: The Bunker has become one of the best horror games in an ever-changing landscape on par with titles like Resident Evil 7 and The Dark Descent. This game not only is a return to form for Frictional Games but it also paves the way forward thanks to its systems that encourage creative solutions to problems and an ever-changing nature that will keep players on the edge of their seats as they face off against the supernatural threat that's roaming the halls of the bomb shelter.
