The game as a whole is very good. When Atari sit down and play through the games finding out where the bugs are, and how to solve them, then the game would be a lot more desirable. It has a massive potential to become an iconic game on all the platforms, but at this rate, it could yet again become one of the hidden gems just like the original. My view, buy it but with a warning that you may experience serious frustration that is bundled with the variety of brilliant graphics and unique gameplay. Hopefully, after all is fixed, the game that has huge potential will garner all the praise it is deserving of.

In the end, Velvet Assassin is definitely worth a playthrough. The grim view of war and entertaining stealth mechanics make it so it will certainly be entertaining, but the stodgy AI and useless gunplay keep this from being a must-have title. It really is a shame, because I am hard-pressed to think of many games that capture the atrocities of war in such a realistic light.

Neko Entertainment's first Cocoto game for WiiWare was a disappointment, as flawed motion controls marred what could have been an enjoyable fishing design for Nintendo's download service. The character's other outings on the Big N's current console have fared better, though, and while none of them have been either extraordinary or particularly novel they've at least found a place with the budget-minded Wii audience. Cocoto Platform Jumper clocks in a similar experience, as a design that can't be considered all that great thanks to its limited scope and somewhat stiff controls, but is still fairly fun for what it is. At an asking price of 700 Wii Points, I could see where fans of the character, and fans of character-based platformers in general, could find a decent amount of enjoyment here.

Il giudizio su Elven Legacy non può prescindere dal gioco che lo ha preceduto. In questo caso bisogna dire che di novità sul piatto non ce ne sono molte: una fazione in più, unità meglio bilanciate, scenari e IA perfezionati. L'impressione è quella che alla Ino-Co ci si sia limitati a svolgere l'essenziale non essendoci la necessità di stravolgere un gameplay che comunque non conosce molti rivali. Chi possiede Fantasy Wars dovrebbe valutare con attenzione l'acquisto di un prodotto proposto comunque a prezzo budget: potrebbe non trovare quelle innovazioni che si aspetta. Per gli altri amanti di strategia invece è un'occasione da tenere in considerazione ma tenendo bene in mente che non si tratta certo di un gioco per tutti i gusti.
