It's a real shame about the slowdown in Crash Nitro Kart for the Game Boy Advance. Without these patches of sluggish action, the game would be a close contender for best kart racer on the handheld. It has it all: tons of characters and unlockables, great track design, excellent variety in the mission objectives, wonderful handling, multiplayer support, GameCube connectivity, Internet rankings, and, most importantly, an original and fun racing game mechanic. But it's just too much for the engine to handle, and the gameplay suffers because of it. If you're able to see through these patches, though, there's a lot of fun in Crash Nitro Kart.

Ce WRC 3 ne plaira pas à tout le monde, c'est certain. Le jeu possède des lacunes au niveau de ses graphismes et de sa maniabilité et le nombre de réglages est bien trop faible pour rallier à sa cause les puristes du genre. Reste un soft qui pourra plaire aux joueurs occasionnels et qui utilise judicieusement la licence officielle pour nous abreuver d'informations sur les pilotes et les voitures en course. Après si c'est le réalisme que vous recherchez, Colin McRae Rally 04 se pose toujours comme l'ultime référence du genre sur PS2.

Ratchet & Clank 2 a tout du jeu quasi parfait. Techniquement impeccable, maniable, fun, rythmé, ce jeu mérite son nouveau titre de référence en matière de jeux de plates-formes.

I like Battle Engine Aquila. It was a solid game on Xbox and PS2, but it comes up a little bit shallow on the PC. With other great mech games up for comparison, BEA just isn't up to snuff. The controls are clearly designed for a console and were never properly translated to the PC. Hardcore gamers will probably scoff, but those looking for a fun action title that offers several hours of diversion, this one may be worth picking up. Aquila's main design flaws can't be ignored. Had Lost Toys spent the past few months refining the AI and creating a system of gameplay rewards and penalties for your tactical decisions, there'd be a lot of replay value and a lot more joy to be had in the later levels. As is, BEA is your standard action fare with a few minor drops of lemon added to sweeten the taste.

Une simulation d'hélico sobre graphiquement mais maniable, une simulation d'hélico aux nombreuses missions mais vite répétitive, en fait une simulation d'hélico profitant d'un manque de concurrence mais une simulation honnête sans plus. A vous de voir.
