Alien: Isolation is a good Alien game. While it overstays its welcome, Creative Assembly really did their best to ground a tense survival game in the Alien universe. Honestly, for all the games flaws, it manages to capture the essence of the movies better than the sequels and prequels have managed past Aliens. Feral has done an outstanding job bringing Isolation onto the Switch and have it run without issues while still looking great. For fans of the Alien franchise, you’re not going to get any better than this It’s not perfect, but neither are the movies. If you want the crap scared out of you over an extended period of time, check out Alien: Isolation.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons è senza alcun ombra di dubbio la punta di diamante di una serie che dal 2001 continua a fare proseliti, abbracciando un pubblico sempre più ampio. Nintendo ha perfezionato la formula collaudata integrando meccanismi un po' più complessi che non snaturano il franchise come avevamo temuto, ma che anzi trovano un equilibrio ancora più convincente tra le dinamiche di un social simulator e quelle di un titolo gestionale. La libertà di personalizzazione che garantisce New Horizons è semplicemente incredibile e non vediamo l'ora di scoprire quali novità ci attendono nei mesi a venire con gli aggiornamenti e le festività che si susseguiranno sul calendario della nostra amata Portogatto.
