Astro Bot captures all of the strong points of a brand new puppy. It’s cute, playful, and doggedly loyal to PlayStation’s history. While it still has room to grow into its legs and sharpen its teeth, most missteps are easily forgiven. I mean, just look at it!

Astro Bot del Team Asobi è un inno ai videogiochi e all'atto stesso di giocare: il robottino di PlayStation 5 si trova al centro del primo platform che si può davvero definire di nuova generazione, un'opera realizzata con una cura maniacale allo scopo di rendere un grande omaggio all'intera storia del genere. Poggiando le fondamenta su una progettazione dei livelli impeccabile e una realizzazione tecnica semplicemente perfetta, srotola un tappeto di idee, di meccaniche e di momenti meravigliosi che non cessano mai di stupire e scioccare, dall'istante del primo avvio fino allo scorrere dei titoli di coda. La consacrazione della squadra di Nicolas Doucet, che ha ancora un ragionevole margine di miglioramento, porta di fatto alla nascita di una nuova stella sul fronte di PlayStation, regalando finalmente a ogni genere di appassionato un'esperienza a dir poco imperdibile.

Dopo le ottime sensazioni avute in sede di anteprima, anche sulla lunga distanza Astro Bot si conferma un platform 3D eccellente, accessibile a tutti ma capace di soddisfare anche i giocatori più esigenti se lo si vuole completare al 100%. Pur non raggiungendo l'ampiezza di Super Mario Odyssey, il gioco di Team Asobi offre un'esperienza sempre divertente e variegata, con controlli e fluidità impeccabili, idee di gameplay innovative e frizzanti e un'esplorazione di livelli ricchi di dettagli e segreti gratificante. Nonostante qualche limite di secondo piano (ricompense per le monete, livello di difficoltà basso per i patiti di platform 3D), Astro Bot si rivela quindi un'esclusiva PS5 di alto livello e capace di intrattenere con un bel sorriso perenne stampato in viso per 13-15 ore.

Saber Interactive et Focus Home Entertainment frappent fort, très fort. Space Marine 2 est un petit bijou d’adaptation destiné aux fans de la saga Warhammer 40.000 et aux amateurs d’action vidéoludique débridée. Cet univers de science-fiction est sublimé par des visuels léchés et captivants ainsi qu’un gameplay impressionnant autant dans sa précision que dans sa brutalité. Et le meilleur reste à venir. Les modes PvE et PvP garantissent une durée de vie exemplaire tout comme la personnalisation des Space Marines qui est un modèle du genre. Space Marine 2 aurait pu être parfait sans ce sentiment de répétitivité qui s’installe après plusieurs heures de jeu, mais qui laisse place au fun en compagnie d’autres joueurs.
