Si, dans le fond et dans la forme, FF7 Remake reste un excellent J-RPG, on ne peut qu'être déçu par l'aspect “petits bras” de ce portage. Le titre tourne correctement sur une machine de milieu de gamme, mais la quasi-absence de réglages graphiques et l'incompatibilité avec les écrans ultrawide rendent le bilan amer. Cette version ne fait donc pas vraiment honneur à son support et il n‘ y a plus qu'à espérer, peut-être, une mise à jour salvatrice.

KeyWe has plenty to offer you with so many different styles of levels. It’s a brilliant co-op adventure and I enjoyed every level. It’s a challenge to get gold, but not to the point where it starts fights – we still had so much fun trying for it. If you’re looking for a new game to play co-op, look no further.

On paper, this Trilogy remasters sounds like a done deal. All the points are there to let a new generation of players enjoy these games - warts and all. However, what we really have is an insult to the legacy of these games, to fans of the series and the word Remastered. These ports should be avoided unless you're a diehard fan. Because these games always had a level of jank that you could put up with, and those fun games are still here if you fight through the pain. But for anyone else, trust that GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas were terrific games and play their legacy in everything else they inspired instead. I don't think there are any amount of patches that can help the Switch version of this Trilogy.
