Forza Horizon 5 Forza Horizon 5 è uno splendido “more of the same”, un prodotto ricchissimo, vasto come pochi e pensato per fare la felicità di tutti gli appassionati, sia di videogiochi sia delle quattro ruote. Il nuovo capitolo del brand targato Playground Games amplia e perfeziona il lavoro già egregio svolto con i capitoli precedenti della saga, riproponendo quella stessa formula tanto apprezzata dai giocatori ancor più rifinita e assuefacente. A ciò si aggiunge un comparto tecnico e audiovisivo sontuoso, uno dei punti più alti toccati da questa next-gen fino a questo momento, e una campagna ricca di attività eccitanti e divertenti, capaci di dare al giocatore un grado di appagamento mai raggiunto finora. Certo, alcuni difetti storici permangono e di novità vere e proprie ce ne sono veramente poche, ma considerando anche un parco auto smisurato e le tantissime attività da portare al termine, siamo convinti che il gioco vi ruberà l’anima sin dalle primissime battute. Provare per credere! The Last Stand: Aftermath is a rougelite with a unique concept which keeps each run feeling fresh. Each character, despite having nearly no dialogue, still feels distinct and gives you the sense that each volunteer who sacrifices their life in the name of the community is important. As you progress and unlock new and better equipment and upgrade your survivors, runs will become longer and unveil new story beats, constantly keeping players pushing to unlock the next upgrade, find the next supply cache, or uncover more of the world’s lore.

Onze review van Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is met een reden vrij kort, want we wilden er niet al te veel woorden aan vuilmaken. Wat een hoogdag had kunnen zijn voor de fans van de reeks is uitgedraaid op een desillusie met drie games die vaak beter waren in hun originele staat.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Call of Duty: Vanguard è un prodotto ormai giunto ed assestato ad elevati picchi di solidità e maturità dal punto di vista tecnico e dello sviluppo del comparto multiplayer, ma altrettanto saturo delle sue stesse dinamiche e gameplay. Spinto da un Engine capace di portare a video attimi di splendore, ed ottimizzato al punto da non far mai mancare fluidità nemmeno nei frangenti più concitati, mostra il fianco colpevolmente a causa di elementi narrativi pressoché assenti e non riesce ad interrompere l'immobilismo che ormai attanaglia la serie sui propri binari da anni a questa parte. Il titolo di Activision vista la strada intrapresa dal brand, rimane un titolo super consigliato per gli amanti degli interminabili shooting match in pvp, ma privo di attrattiva per tutti coloro i quali cercassero nella celeberrima saga maggiore profondità narrativa ed immersività nel mondo di gioco. PRO Comparto grafico al top, grande ottimizzazione su PC, gameplay divertente CONTRO Troppo uguale a se stesso, da troppo tempo.

Marsupilami : Le Secret Du Sarcophage est un jeu de plateformes plaisant à traverser qui parvient à proposer un divertissement plutôt bon sans réelle matière narrative. Parfaitement familial, le jeu a l'avantage de s'adapter aisément à tous les âges sans les ennuyer. L'expérience aurait toutefois gagné à diversifier ses compositions de niveaux afin de palier sa trop courte durée de vie.

The Grand Theft Auto series will always be seen as a cultural milestone in video gaming which led to the open world games that we cherish now, but the years have been a bit harsh on the trilogy and the complete lack of care put into what is essentially an afterthought of a remaster doesn’t help matters much. The few updates made with controls, shooting, and lighting are nice, but not enough to justify the $60 price tag. The games are still worth revisiting, especially if you’ve never played the original releases, but only if you aren’t playing on PC or the Switch as those versions seem to share the bulk of issues the game is currently experiencing. So far PS5 is the way to go for a hassle-free trip into Liberty City, just maybe wait for a price cut first.

Battlefield 2042 è un’esperienza solida e divertente, al netto di qualche singhiozzo lato stabilità dei server che rischia di mettere in secondo piano gli sforzi profusi sul comparto tecnico e sul bilanciamento in generale. DICE ed EA tornano sulla scena degli sparatutto multigiocatore con un progetto appagante, pronto a soddisfare sia la schiera di appassionati sia i semplici curiosi. In attesa di vedere nuove armi e mappe con l’arrivo delle varie stagioni, la qualità non manca e non vediamo l’ora di scoprire come potrà evolvere nel corso dei prossimi mesi.
