Pur senza osare veramente troppo, anche in questo secondo capitolo Tarsier Studios ha creato un prodotto eccellente al pari del primo. Dal gameplay vario, alla fantastica direzione artistica caratterizzata da giochi di luci e ambientazioni spaventose, e passando da un sound design non troppo eccessivo, Little Nightmares 2 risulta essere un titolo da giocare assolutamente. Se non avete giocato in passato il primo capitolo non preoccupatevi, Little Nightmares 2 si pone come il prequel. Non avete più scuse per non recuperare questo piccolo, spaventoso capolavoro svedese.

Blue Fire è un gioco che al netto dei limiti strutturali pesca in modo saggio da più generi senza osare eccessivamente, riuscendo ad emergere con quel pizzico di carattere che lo valorizza. Parliamo di un mondo di gioco colmo di segreti da portare alla luce, così come di sfide che necessitano di nervi saldi per essere superate nelle sessioni più avanzate, e che non riusciamo proprio a non consigliare, soprattutto considerando una bontà generale che è capace di mascherare efficientemente alcuni difetti presenti nelle singole feature.

Werewolf The Apocalypse - Heart of the Forest è un titolo fatto di luci e ombre. La raffinatezza di Jacek Brzeziński e Artur Ganszyniec si sente specialmente nel comparto tecnico molto elegante; tuttavia, sono numerosi i difetti che affliggono il gioco: in particolare, è la narrazione a risultare piuttosto deludente. La longevità superiore alla media dei congeneri, merito anche di un'ottima rigiocabilità, è comunque un fattore altamente positivo. Inoltre, grazie a un lavoro artistico pregevole e a un design audio davvero eccelso, nel complesso il lavoro di Different Tales risulta più che sufficiente. Heart of the Forest è insomma un'esperienza consigliabile per una serata di relax e approfondimento dell'universo narrativo del World of Darkness.

I am now thoroughly convinced that lycanthropy and ecoterrorism are perfectly natural bedfellows. The Werewolf: The Apocalypse universe is one brimming with potential, and Heart of the Forest in general does a fantastic job of leaning on its lore while presenting a captivating personal tale. There’s a palpable sense of choice in how Maia’s story unfolds, and the gamey elements are light but work well in the context and make it feel like an active experience. It’s true that occasionally the quality of the writing dips and there are far too many typographical errors, plus a second playthrough doesn’t come recommended if you don’t want the illusion spoiled, but for fans of the genre this is a solid little bite-sized experience worthy of a look in.

Quel régal ! Avec son édition Royal, Atlus avait déjà placé la barre très haut. Mais ce partenariat avec Omega Force transcende la production habituelle du développeur. Oubliez les grandes cartes aux objectifs répétitifs vomissant des milliers d'ennemis décérébrés. Persona 5 : Strikers garde tout le bestiaire et tout le sel des amitiés du jeu précédent, en changeant juste le système de combat pour du temps réel et en ajoutant quelques nouveautés. Une réussite éclatante. Et un jeu indispensable pour tous ceux qui veulent connaître la suite des aventures de Joker et de sa bande.
