Huntdown almost feels like a 90s gaming time capsule, capturing the arcade 2D shooters that 80s and 90s kids grew up with. It manages to be its own grimy ‘futuristic’ dystopia while being jam-packed with references and easter eggs to iconic sci-fi and cyberpunk dystopias. The difficulty might be off-putting to some, the bosses especially. Huntdown is a game worth your time if you want to hop into a Delorean and encounter a game that feels like a blast from the past.

Simulation games have never seen this level of creative freedom before. If you’re a fan of both Sandbox and Simulation genres, Planet Coaster is a must play. Even if you’re only a fan of Sandbox games, you’re likely to get dozens or even hundreds of hours of enjoyment out of it. On the other hand, park management and simulation is pretty par for the course. It’s enjoyable, but if you’re looking for something fresh or challenging, this isn’t it. At its core, Planet Coaster is an amusement park sandbox game through and through.

Il gameplay di Disintegration fornisce una gradevole boccata d'ossigeno ad un genere, come quello degli sparatutto in prima persona, spesso radicato in consolidati archetipi. Il sistema di controllo è immediato e il combat system appagante. Purtroppo, la realizzazione tecnica tradisce le limitatezze di un budget che sarebbe stato meglio convogliare unicamente sulla campagna single player, potenziandola con missioni secondarie e una maggior personalizzazione di personaggi e mezzi, anziché concentrare buona parte delle forze in un comparto multiplayer tutt'altro che soddisfacente. Consigliato agli amanti del genere, ma solo a quelli.
