F1 24 si rivela un’opera esaustiva e gratificante, sia in termini di gameplay che di varietà di contenuti. Nonostante alcuni aspetti siano stati trascurati, la modalità Carriera Pilota emerge come un incentivo costante per l’utenza, promettendo di assicurare un coinvolgimento prolungato per innumerevoli ore. Inoltre, l’introduzione di FANZONE e il meccanismo di premi stagionali online mostrano un notevole potenziale. L’abbinamento di questi fattori con un sistema di controllo del veicolo sempre più dettagliato e modulabile garantisce un esito indubbiamente favorevole. Sebbene per un avanzamento definitivo sia necessario più tempo, come precedentemente accennato, il percorso adottato in F1 24 appare decisamente appropriato.

Si te gustan las aventuras con una fuerte carga narrativa, y que traten temas reales, aun con tintes fantásticos, A Space for the Unbound tiene muchas papeletas de encantarte. Y además lo tiene casi todo: gráficos, sonido, buen diseño, personajes, guión... Quizá tenga algunos altibajos en su desarrollo, pero si picas el anzuelo, no podrás dejarlo.

Where most Mario games will leave a smiling impression between bouts of frustration, this Paper Mario entry wants you to be laughing out loud as well. I’m just worried that the humour might not carry everyone to the finish line in light of repetition, laborious backtracking and uninteresting combat. But there’s no denying that this remake is polished to the smoothest presentable sheen, leaving a first impression I still love, even though it burned me out long before the credits.

XDefiant joins the free-to-play shooter crowd as a respectable competitive FPS built around various Ubisoft franchises, but little makes it really stand out. Its shooting mechanics generally feel great, and even dying doesn’t kill the momentum since you're dropped right back into the action within a few seconds. Some of its issues, like weapon balance, are relatively minor elements that we can expect Ubisoft to adjust over time. Tougher to solve, however, is the clash between its main ideas: fast time-to-kill makes a lot of its class abilities feel difficult to make the most of because you’re usually dead before you can use them. It’s also lacking a defining mode, leaning on samey point-capture ideas and tried-and-true but tired concepts like Payload and Kill Confirmed. On the other hand, excellent maps keep things interesting longer than they otherwise would be, so hopefully it’ll have the time it needs to carve out its own niche.

Despite varied factions and excellent maps, XDefiant’s shootouts are let down by a lack of identity and sluggish weapon progression. Outside an emphasis on making skill-based matchmaking optional, the game plays like every shooter from the last decade, leaning into nostalgia over attempting a breakthrough. While technical pitfalls can be resolved with seasonal updates, XDefiant needs novelty to sustain a player base.
