WRATH: Aeon of Ruin ha il grande merito di proporre un approccio al filone boomer shooter fortemente orientato all’esplorazione, grazie a tantissimi segreti da trovare e a un level-design decisamente contorto e labirintico. Sta proprio qui il punto dirimente del gioco. Se amate esplorare e l’assenza di una mappa non vi spaventa, WRATH: Aeon of Ruin è forse il miglior boomer shooter oggi sulla piazza, mentre se preferite un approccio molto più diretto e meno dispersivo il rischio di annoiarvi o, peggio ancora, di sentirvi frustrati (il gioco è indubbiamente difficile) non va sottovalutato.

Although the protagonist is annoyingly ambiguous, the real stars here are the novel’s bachelors. They’ll assist with your work responsibilities during the day, while offering affection at nights and on weekends.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake est-il finalement une production si indispensable que ça en 2024 ? Très franchement, il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité pour découvrir ce chef-d’œuvre de Josef Fares à un tarif accessible (moins de 20€). Néanmoins, si vous avez déjà touché au jeu original, faire ce remake est loin d’être indispensable, sauf si vous souhaitez revivre certaines séquences fortes que procurent ce titre. Pour un jeu à couloir, nous nous attendions à mieux graphiquement parlant et surtout d’un combo 4K / 60 FPS stable : ce qui n’est pas encore le cas à l’heure où nous écrivons ces lignes (en mode Performance). Pas de nouveautés au niveau du gameplay, du scénario ou encore des énigmes, mais un changement graphique notable et plaisant : vous avez désormais toutes les billes entre vos mains pour passer ou non à l’achat.

Tras mucho tiempo esperando su lanzamiento, Smalland: Survive the Wilds se demuestra como mucho más que ese Grounded con hadas que muchos pensamos que sería en sus inicios. Un survival de aventura que garantiza diversión tanto para grupos de amigos como para lobos solitarios.

I try not to compare games to each other when necessary, but I can't help but think that if Wrath: Aeon of Ruin fully released in 2019 rather than in Early Access, it would feel like a much better game. But alas everything Wrath: Aeon of Ruin does, other boomer shooters have done better. It's not a bad game by any means, but why settle for bog standard?

Balatro è un roguelite ispirato al poker che non possiamo non consigliare agli amanti del genere. Denso di contenuti e sfide da completare, ha un gameplay dinamico, più strategico di quanto si potrebbe pensare per un gioco basato anche sulla fortuna e un'estetica piacevole, sebbene un po' ripetitiva. Di tanto in tanto la sfortuna ha la meglio e bisogna accettarlo, ma questo ci farà venir voglia di fare una partita in più.
