Ora che le fondamenta ci sono e i fanatici della gara dell'Isola di Mann sono contenti, gli sviluppatori hanno l'opportunità di trasformare il loro videogioco da punto di arrivo a punto di ingresso nel mondo del Tourist Trophy. Per come è attualmente strutturato, TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 è la destinazione ideale per chi ama la gara e, dopo averla seguita dal vivo, vuole ritrovare le stesse emozioni in digitale. Con l'aggiunta di una modalità carriera, di un tutorial ben strutturato o addirittura di una modalità storia (un tributo alla leggenda dello sport John McGuinness sarebbe perfetto) questo gioco potrebbe trasformarsi in un'esperienza simulativa aperta a tutti i fan delle corse digitali e persino portarli a seguire la gara reale in futuro. Per le sue ambizioni esportive, poi, un'esperienza che spieghi il circuito pezzo dopo pezzo per memorizzare velocità, angoli di piega, marce e gestione dei freni, sarebbe l'ideale per avvicinare chi è alla ricerca della perfezione alla mentalità necessaria a competere. Il potenziale c'è e le fondamenta (dopo qualche ritocco alla traiettoria) sono solide, ora la palla passa a Raceward Studio che può scegliere di reiterare un buon prodotto tecnico o allargare la sua utenza inserendo modalità, sezioni e spiegazioni per chi ha voglia di imparare a conoscere il mondo della corsa di moto più emozionante e pericolosa al mondo.

Il ne fait aucun doute que TT Isle Of Man Ride on the Edge 3 est une pure réussite, mais il n’est pas à mettre entre toutes les mains. On n’atteint pas encore la perfection, mais la production de Nacon s’en approche. On saigne durant les premières heures à la vue de l’exigence et la justesse requise, mais dès qu’on s’accroche et qu’on enchaine les sessions, la douleur se transforment en véritable kif d’autant que l’immersion est totale avec sa modélisation léchée et son sound design bluffant. Fana de motos, simu, et prêt à y consacrer du temps ? Foncez.

Interesting turn-based RPG combat keeps Darkest Dungeon 2’s roguelite progression fresh for hours – if you can push past the early, intentionally punishing humps and like it for what it is, rather than the close retread of Darkest Dungeon that it isn't. Its structure may be frustratingly random at times, even so much as to feel meaningless or pointless, but a gambler's spirit can see you through those weird patches of bad luck or directionlessness. Besides, this game would have to be really bad to drag down the vibes of the moody lines and grumbling narration that live at the heart of Darkest Dungeon 2.

It’s impossible to talk about everything that makes The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom so incredible, and making many of those discoveries yourselves is part of the magic. It’s also impossible to overstate just how much there is to do in Hyrule this time around. Much like its predecessor, this is your playground for the next however many years to come, with a little sprinkling of that older Zelda fairy dust mixed into Breath of the Wild’s formula. It’s a glorious, triumphant sequel to one of the best video games of all time; absolute unfiltered bliss to lose yourself in for hundreds of hours. We can’t wait to see what the world will do with the game.

Si dice che la perfezione non esista, ma The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom è la cosa che più si avvicina a questa definizione. Perché la storia dei videogiochi non ha mai visto un mondo con tre livelli di esplorazione da vivere con una fluidità sconcertante, da esplorare con un gameplay che offre una vera libertà totale senza opprimere il giocatore con il proverbiale imbarazzo della scelta ma, al contrario, supportando come mai prima d’ora ogni sua intenzione. Tears of the Kingdom risponde ad ogni trascurabile stortura del suo predecessore con una quantità soverchiante di idee, proposte ludiche e contesti narrativi, tutti elegantemente incastonati in un mosaico di meraviglia a tratti inimmaginabile. Un sequel semplicemente perfetto, che ravviva la brace della creatività accesa da Breath of the Wild per alimentare una luce che illuminerà svariate generazioni a venire.

Uno dei migliori giochi di avventura che siano mai stati realizzati. Un titano ludico e artistico, che ingurgita le ore in un sol boccone, in un banchetto luculliano di possibilità, creatività, fantasia. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom non può avere l’impatto dirompente che ebbe Breath of the Wild perché cresce dalle sue radici, data la natura di sequel diretto. Dona però nuovi frutti. Possiede - ed è una grande conquista - il coraggio di mettere in atto un altro tipo di rivoluzione, ingrandendo, rifinendo e nobilitando ogni virtù del predecessore. Il retaggio della prima epopea di Link su Nintendo Switch si avverte comunque, sia nel bene che nel male. Con l’eredità di un passato glorioso, Tears of the Kingdom erige un presente magnifico, e spalanca gli orizzonti per il futuro della serie. Ha il potere infatti di rimanere collegato alla memoria. Come un ricordo. Oltre il tempo.

Instead of removing all the aches and pains of that game, it completes the circle by adding gameplay-based solutions to annoyances and encourages you to let your imagination run free. Easily one of the very best games on Nintendo Switch.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom builds upon Breath of the Wild's robust systems to offer an experience that eclipses the original in practically every way. Not only that, but it works incredibly hard to restore some of the things lapsed players might've missed from the traditional Zelda experience, and it pays off in droves. While the novelty of its design will never be as impactful as Breath of the Wild's debut, Tears of the Kingdom is one of the best Zelda experiences you'll ever have.

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom est bel et bien la masterclass que l’on attendait. Un jeu d'une générosité incroyable qui enterre, une fois encore, toute la concurrence. Souvent copiée, jamais égalée, la formule de Breath of the Wild est ici améliorée par des nouveautés qui offrent encore plus de liberté au joueur. Rare sont les jeux capables de stimuler et captiver autant et ce, des dizaines et des dizaines d'heures durant. Hyrule est superbe et recèle plus que jamais de très nombreux secrets que même les fans les plus hardcore se régaleront de découvrir. Souvent épique, constamment fascinant, Tears of the Kingdom risque toutefois de diviser sur quelques points. Les joueurs les plus intransigeants pourront notamment lui reprocher de ne pas assez en faire pour se démarquer du jeu précédent. Mais à quoi bon lorsque l'on a déjà atteint des sommets et que l’on vole littéralement au-dessus du monde ?

Giocare a Tears of the Kingdom mi ha obbligato a rivolgere uno sguardo critico al 99% del mondo dello sviluppo a tripla-A. Nonostante i suoi limiti tecnici, dati tanto dalla console quanto dalla filosofia del progetto, mi ha travolto con il suo coraggio, la sua originalità e la raffinatezza della sua grammatica di gioco. Se negli ultimi anni avete visto troppi giochi simili tra loro e avete percepito una carenza di ispirazione nel settore, questo nuovo Zelda vi ridarà fiducia nei videogiochi e vi farà innamorare come la prima volta. La Nintendo Difference si esprime in ogni aspetto dell'opera, inclusi i suoi limiti, e dà vita a un'avventura sconfinata, coraggiosa e destinata a restare nella storia, come tanti capitoli della saga. Tears of the Kingdom sarà la gioia dei giocatori veterani, ma sarà senza dubbio accessibile anche al pubblico più giovane (ed è bellissimo da giocare in compagnia). Tears of the Kingdom è quello che succede quando un grande studio di sviluppo con un grande budget può prendersi il suo tempo e dedicarsi quasi interamente al gameplay. La sua bellezza è tale da farci rimettere in discussione tutti i valori e le priorità dell'industria videoludica. E scusate se è poco.
