Baja è un titolo in grado di accontentare qualche un palato. Il suo punto di forza sta nella capacità di adottare un realismo di fondo collocandolo in un contesto solitamente impiegato per racing game totalmente arcade. Il compromesso dei ragazzi di 2XL games è quello di offrire un modello di guida simulativo (e, sulle prime, anche piuttosto ostico), cercando però di non eccedere nelle ristrettezze (ed è così che appaiono il sistema di riparazioni al volo, e la relativa elasticità dei piloti avversari). Qualche elemento, inoltre, è del tutto innovativo per il genere, come il sistema degli sponsor o le gare endurance. Ma al di là del buon numero di opzioni e tracciati, e oltre la completezza del pacchetto, si trova un comparto grafico deficitario, appena sufficiente (almeno nella versione 360, più stabile e fluida), che rende Baja un po' meno desiderabile di quanto non avrebbe potuto essere. Privo del giusto appeal visivo, il gioco è consigliato ai giocatori in grado di soprassedere ai limiti tecnici, che potranno così apprezzare quanto di buono c'è nel modello di guida e nel design dei tracciati.

Comme sur Wii et DS, Code Lyoko se révèle être un titre attachant, fidèle à l'univers de la série, mais un peu chiche en matière de contenu. On le recommandera néanmoins aux jeunes fans d'Aélita et de ses amis.

Una trama cinematografica ricca di spessore e pathos, ispirata dalla drammatica vicenda dell’operazione Market Garden, una giocabilità ben collaudata ulteriormente arricchita dalle nuove soluzioni nel campo dell’IA, nella fisica applicata ai corpi e dalla spettacolarità negli scontri a fuoco, oltre che ad un comparto tecnico di sicuro impatto (pur presentando notevoli alti e bassi), rendono il terzo capitolo di Brothers in Arms un titolo estremamente godibile nonostante qualche bug grafico, il doppiaggio italiano non all’altezza ed una componente multiplayer evanescente. Il consiglio è quello di concedere una possibilità all’ultima fatica Gearbox anche se gli FPS non sono propriamente il vostro genere preferito, resterete imbrigliati in una storia fatta di uomini e di emozioni capaci di coinvolgere quanto un bellissimo film sul tema (se conoscete bene l’inglese giocatelo col doppiaggio originale).

While King's Bounty has some issues, there's a lot to like about the game. It's a familiar, yet refreshing RPG hybrid. You're going to spend a lot of time with the combat system and that's a good thing because it's simple, intuitive and filled with strategy and depth. The fighting requires players to adapt to the situation, and will constantly keep gamers on their toes. Yes, the difficulty can be very unbalanced at times, and sure the tutorial needs work, but as it stands, King's Bounty is a great game for all types of RPG fans.

You don't want to mess with the Bomberman formula too much, and luckily Hudson hasn't here. This offering doesn't innovate but it's got that classic, addictive quality we've been enjoying since Super Bomberman on the SNES. Blast is, to surrender to an easy pun, a blast to play. With only a few interface hiccups, it's easy to get into online matches with everything running smoothly. The vast amount of game options should keep your bombing runs going all night. A good deal at ten bucks, this is a download Bomberman fans will want to make room for.

Non fatevi spaventare dalla difficoltà e dall'aspetto grafico: l'obiettivo di Capcom è stato centrato in pieno. Che si trattasse di far commuovere i giocatori di vecchia data o di impressionare le nuove leve con un prodotto che ricalca perfettamente i più elevati standard di vent'anni fa, IntiCreates e il team di Inafune hanno dato vita ad un titolo anacronisticamente perfetto. Molti penseranno che la casa di Osaka abbia solo voluto sollevare un polverone, oppure che tutto questo entusiasmo per un gioco così bruttino e difficile sia ingiustificato. Provate a fare una partita e smentitevi da soli.

Rebel Raiders is just another quick port over to Wii, as XS games is out to make a few bucks on a title that, quite frankly, wasn't worth the cash on the systems it was ported over from. Controls are tacked on and anything but fluid, with even games like Heatseeker and Blazing Angels doing a better job in their own respective shovelware glory. This one simply isn't worth the cash though, and it's apparent that Wii owners will need to put their faith in Sky Crawlers if they want a solid flight game on their system as this is yet another effort that's far from worth your cash. Don't buy it, don't rent it, and don't think twice about it.
