FIFA Street 3 aurait pu frôler la perfection arcade s'il n'avait pas oublié la moitié du contenu de son aîné en chemin. EA a eu la main légère à ce niveau-là, privilégiant un travail de fond sur l'esthétique de la série. Un style qui ne plaira d'ailleurs pas à tout le monde. Qu'importe, le plaisir est immense et le concept est poussé à son extrême, sans commettre trop d'erreurs.

Fantasy Wars è un ottimo titolo, questa è la premessa fondamentale di qualunque commento su di lui. Purtroppo la linearità complessiva della trama, l'orribile taglio alla componente multigiocatore e alcuni difettucci di contorno qua e là pesano sul giudizio finale: chiunque sia appassionato di strategici (ancor di più se gradiva il vecchio genere di quelli “esagonali”) e apprezza il fantasy classico può rivolgersi con entusiasmo a Fantasy Wars ma per gli altri è preferibile magari provare la demo invece di acquistarlo ad occhi chiusi.

Destinés aux amateurs de challenges corsés capables de plier n'importe quel oldies en quelques minutes, N+ pousse la plate-forme dans ses derniers retranchements. Partant d'un concept simple mais ultra exigeant dans son gameplay, le titre nous fait réapprendre la persévérance et fascine plus qu'il ne rebute. Une expérience à ne pas manquer, en solo comme en multijoueur.

It’s actually pretty tough to come up with much of anything negative to say about King of Fighters ’94, as it’s an impressive fighter that’s a lot of fun to play, it’s historically significant, it’s innovative and it’s held up very well over the past 14 years. The issue of value worth considering, though, is the fact that this game just has so many sequels. And so many excellent sequels. The later, more recent versions of King of Fighters from 1995, 1996 and onward are certain to appear in the Wii Shop in the future, and so it might be worthwhile to some fans to consider waiting a while to see how SNK Playmore will choose to release those – 900 Wii Points isn’t the cheapest pricetag in the Shop, so a bit of patience might be advisable. For those who don’t really care to wait, though, King of Fighters ’94 earns a solid recommendation and will assuredly serve you well as a go-to fighter to call up from your Channel Array when friends come over and start talking trash. It’s only a matter of time before they do, after all.

On Wii expectations are quite rightly quite when it comes to first-person shooters, and while Heroes 2 isn't a bad game it fails to be the great one we wanted it to be.

When the game isn't being cheap, it's actually pretty fun. Unfortunately Red Baron Arcade is built on the die-until-you-get-lucky approach, which simply isn’t good design. The relatively enjoyable parts of the game are marred by cheap artificial intelligence. If the enemy AI wants you dead, you're dead. There's little you can do to avoid death. Red Baron Arcade is like the "Final Destination" of videogames. The only people who should look into this game are diehard dogfight fans who don't mind some major flaws. The rest of us should prep our parachutes.

Godzilla Unleashed is just a shoddily put together game that will fail to excite even the most hardcore monster fans. Avoid this at all costs.

The Club è un gioco difficilmente classificabile, adatto sia a coloro che sono alla ricerca di un titolo arcade con il quale continuare a sfidare se stessi e i propri record, sia a coloro che cercano un’esperienza multiplayer frenetica e divertente, graziata nel gioco online da un netcode perfetto e offline da una modalità in split screen ben curata. Il problema del gioco è che le due anime del titolo (on e offline) non hanno un amalgama in comune, offrendo due esperienze molto diverse tra loro, ugualmente valide, ma limitate se prese singolarmente. Le modalità in singolo potrebbero annoiare i più a causa della ripetitività delle modalità di gioco e delle ambientazioni e dalla brevità della storia principale, mentre le modalità online non riescono a rivaleggiare in varietà e cura con quelle offerte da altri titoli. Pur con questi difetti The Club centra sicuramente il suo obiettivo principale, quello di essere un gioco immediato e sempre divertente, capace di regalare ore di divertimento a tutti coloro che lo sapranno apprezzare.
