Hot Wheel: Beat That! Is a little bit of a good game, stretched out and protracted until it's no longer near as fun to play. At its best the game is a fun little handheld racer that offers some cool tracks, but those fun moments are sandwiched between long periods of stale design and repetitive racing. Considering the amount of other racing games on the DS, it shouldn't be hard to find ones that beat that.

Sonic 3D Blast has its moments, when Sonic's looping, rolling and spinning around as you'd expect him to, moving quickly, being himself. But those moments are brief and fleeting – you always end up back where you started, controlling a plodding, slipping version of the Hedgehog through a world that calls itself 3D but is really anything but. A better, more vibrant edition of this adventure made it out for the SEGA Saturn years ago, and had a few more redeeming qualities to it – but this version is simply fair, and gamers looking for a classic Sonic game would be much better off spending their 800 Wii Points on one of the side-scrolling adventures instead.

Bratz 4 Real does some work to recast the shallow, self-absorbed Bratz girls in a more redeeming light, using them and their friendship to tell a tale of unity and breaking down social barriers. But whereas that premise and the game's compelling customization options prove to be solid positive points for this package, Bratz 4 Real is still a game brought down by a variety of other oddities. The lack of sound through most of the adventure is weird, and the lack of visible interaction between the students you're "reuniting" is weirder. It's a game that's worth a look for established fans of the brand and those girls who enjoyed the Bratz 4 Real feature film that this adventure's based upon, but gamers who aren't already a part of that clique likely won't feel that this title provides enough significant inroads to encourage their entry.

Barbie Princesse de l'Ile Merveilleuse est un jeu honnête pour le public auquel il se destine : les jeunes joueuses de 7 à 12 ans adeptes de l'univers de Barbie, dont elles devraient apprécier cette nouvelle déclinaison vidéoludique. Pour les autres, c'est tout simplement un titre à éviter. Mais ça, vous vous en doutiez.
