PlanetSide est à n'en pas douter un soft original rempli de très bonnes idées, et il est certain que si l'on trouve les bonnes personnes, le fun est au rendez-vous. Mais il est regrettable qu'il puisse se montrer si fastidieux dans le cas contraire et surtout si creux dans son background. Un très bon titre mais qui aurait pu être bien meilleur et surtout proposer une expérience moins aléatoire. Le fun se mérite dans PlanetSide, mieux vaut le savoir. A noter que le jeu requiert un abonnement mensuel.

Belle déception pour ceux qui pensaient retrouver leur jeunesse, ils ne trouveront là qu'un jeu à licence sans grand intérêt, au gameplay ultra lassant et qui ne retranscrit qu'à peine l'ambiance d'origine. Note : le jeu refusant d'être pris en photos en l'absence de son attaché de presse, les screenshots qui ornent cette page proviennent de l'éditeur.

I'm surprised more companies don't release games for $20. At $20, more people will take a chance on it and be rewarded. The game isn't bad. In fact, it's fun, mainly due to the chainsaw and shotgun action. The one-liners themselves are worth at least a rental. It isn't the most technically stunning game you'll ever see, but it does have Bruce Campbell and a brand new storyline within the world of Evil Dead. Those burned by Hail to the King, give this one a try. It's a lot better. Fans should pick it up for $20, and everyone else should probably rent it.

Overall Shadows of Undrentide is a quality expansion pack, but whether or not to get it really comes down to do you really want to spend the money on a new module. It's certainly professional and well done, but so are user-created modules like Birthright of the North or the Dreamcatcher series. If you're a Neverwinter modder you'll probably want to get it just for the tilesets, creatures and new scripting wizards and NWN fans will find plenty here to keep them busy, but Shadows of Undrentide isn't a "must-have now" expansion pack for the average gamer.
