Tactics Ogre Reborn hace pequeños cambios en su jugabilidad. Al principio no se notan demasiado, pero sí cuando llevas 20 o más horas sobre tus espaldas. La traducción al español permite disfrutar de esta gran historia, y aunque la IA de tus aliados o los gráficos se vean ya algo viejitos, el resto de los elementos de este videojuego compensan lo demás. Tactics Ogre Reborn te tendrá enganchadísimo de principio a fin si superas la dura curva de aprendizaje inicial. Tras ello, alucinarás. Y viva Matsuno. Por cierto, en Switch el juego se disfruta maravillosamente.

Το πλήθος των συλλογών ρετρό τίτλων και “απαρχαιωμένων” κονσολών ίσως έχει αρχίσει να επηρεάζει τις τσέπες μας, αλλά και να μας κάνει αυστηρότερους κριτές με κάθε καινούργιο αντίστοιχο τίτλο, ψάχνοντας ίσως κάτι παραπάνω σε κάθε έναν από αυτούς. Το γεγονός ότι ορισμένοι από τους καλύτερους τίτλους αυτής της συλλογής μπορούν να αγοραστούν και ως ξεχωριστά παιχνίδια λειτουργεί αρνητικά για αυτήν, καθώς είναι ευκολότερο να ξοδέψει κανείς τα χρήματά του στοχευμένα για έναν καλό τίτλο, παρά να αγοράσει μαζικά μια συλλογή από την οποία ίσως απολαύσει ένα με δύο παιχνίδια.

Square Enix, che di solito con le remaster fa discreti buchi nell'acqua, è riuscita a migliorare sensibilmente un GDR che era già un capolavoro di suo. Se solo avesse avuto più coraggio, e avesse messo mano alla pixelart un po' spartana, Tactics Ogre: Reborn sarebbe stato perfetto, ma tutto sommato comprendiamo anche la volontà di preservare un certo livello di nostalgia. È ufficialmente il miglior strategico a turni che possiate giocare: se amate il genere, e non vi spaventano i testi in inglese, dovete assolutamente farlo vostro.

Lost Eidolons è un prodotto riuscito che paga un lato da gioco di ruolo non proprio eccezionale e una storia che non riesce a reggere la mole di dialoghi e di sequenze narrative inserita dagli sviluppatori. Comunque sia, come strategico a turni funziona e riesce a dare anche molte soddisfazioni, quindi tenetelo in fortissima considerazione se siete interessati a questo aspetto in particolare.

Sonic Frontiers is a brave new direction for the series, but this first ‘open-zone’ entry misses the mark by quite a margin. Traversal and combat annoyances plague the experience from start to finish, while structurally the game offers up very little variety, instead leaning on repetitive fetch quests that get exasperating after the first island. As far as the Switch version goes, it’s quite comfortably the worst option available to fans, with graphical compromises that make it impossible to recommend if you're able to play it anywhere else at all. If you’re going to get this game, we implore you to try it out elsewhere.

Sifu was one of the best games of the year when it launched on other platforms, and it’s no different now on Switch. Its hardcore combat that pushes you to the limits of your skill, paired with a smart ageing mechanic, makes for one of the most satisfying gaming experiences in the beat 'em up genre. While the Switch port is obviously a bit downgraded from the PS5 version, it’s still a more than valid option for Nintendo-only gamers and those keen to try this kung-fu brawler out on the go.

A Little to the Left is a family-friendly puzzler that’s great in short bursts. It doesn’t have a whole lot of content at the moment, but still provides a few hours of relaxing brain teasers to solve.
