Simply put; Worms W.M.D is the best entry in the franchise since 1999. Above and beyond its well-grounded strategy roots, the game elevates itself with some smart new mechanics. It's sure to please any fans of the pre-21st Century Worms games, and I would think it offers enough to get a whole new generation interested in the franchise to boot.

Root Letter provides a fun and engaging experience for those that enjoy the mystery genre, pretty art, and interesting character development. There are misleading dialogue options and Max Mode is just strange. Overall this game is about experiencing the story that’s put in front of you and it does that in an engaging way.

Once upon a time Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was the cream of the crop when it came to FPSes. Nine years later and Modern Warfare Remastered reminds us that FPSes have come such a long way. At its best, it's still a genuine competitor to current FPSes, but Modern Warfare Remastered isn’t at its best enough.
