Nouveau venu sur iPod/iPhone, Splinter Cell Conviction va y laisser son empreinte. Il s'agit d'un jeu dynamique et distrayant, qui fera le bonheur de tous les fans de Sam Fisher. Un gameplay riche, des graphismes superbes, tout pour obtenir un jeu que l’on doit posséder sur ce support.
Splinter Cell: Conviction per iPhone risulta un titolo interessante. Gli amanti di Sam Fisher saranno felici di scoprire che il titolo mantiene intatta la sua natura stealth, nonostante alcuni elementi action che ravvivano maggiormente l'azione di gioco. Peccato solo per un sistema di controlli non troppo performante nei momenti concitati, che lima di fatto le strategie attuabili dal giocatore. Nel complesso però Conviction rimane un titolo decisamente valido, con un gran numero di missioni e tanta varietà nella loro caratterizzazione.
Splinter Cell Conviction has a lot of positives. Being able to mark and execute enemies to take command of a situation really underlines Fisher’s new role as a ruthless agent. The hand-to-hand kills are satisfying. The number of missions – and their variety – is also appreciated. But the funkiness with the shadows and normal gunplay weighs down Conviction. Not being able to get a good shot off because of sometimes-sloppy auto-aim or frustrating enemy AI (why are you running at me, I have a gun pointed at your heart!) siphons some of the fun. Ultimately, I enjoyed Conviction and action gamers will, too. But temper those expectations. And maybe wait for a sale.
