A fun mix of a variety of different game types and a must have for any fans of Digimon. Even if you're not too into it the story is fun and the mechanics are extremely well done.

En Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth tenemos un notable JRPG. Un juego muy sólido con una gran profundidad jugable e ideas muy interesantes. Un título extenso al que se le pueden exprimir muchas horas, más aún si buscamos completarlo al 100%. Goza de un apartado gráfico excelente, sin problemas y más adecuado a una portátil. Por último, la historia que nos propone agradará tanto a fans de la licencia como a aquellos que no se hayan interesado nunca por ella.

In short, it’s a good JRPG and one you should give your attention to if you’re looking to play something different. We often don’t have games that are cyber punk in nature and it’s rare that it’s a detective story as well. The game is packed with enough content to keep you engaged. I haven’t even mentioned that there are post game challenges, a new game plus mode, local/online battle, and arena challenges as well. Ultimately, DSCS is a game any lover of JRPGs will enjoy, Digimon fandom isn’t required.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is enjoyable both on the go or on your console, either way you're going to be transported back to a time where you had shouting matches over which Digimon could beat which Pokemon. The story and gameplay are a bit same-y to other properties out there, but its easy to look past considering how much fun it is.

Overall, Scarlet Nexus is a simple, yet great and enjoyable experience for any fan of the genre out there. You hunt monsters, make yourself and your allies stronger, gather resources for making new cosmetics and gear, constantly unlock new features for inside and outside of combat, all that while you watch an interesting story materialize in front of your eyes. It really is a modernized, old-school adventure which will satisfy anyone, even with the few drawbacks it has and the rather slow beginning.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth rimane ad oggi il miglior gioco basato sulla licenza dei Digimon e propabilmente quello che i fan della serie aspettavano da anni. Un JRPG che di sicuro vi terrà impegnati moltissime ore ﹣ anche dopo aver completato la storia grazie alla modalità New Game Plus e una serie di missioni/quest d’alto livello impegnative, senza contare i dlc gratuiti che Bandai Namco ha già rilasciato poco dopo la sua uscita ﹣ a patto di conoscere ad livello decente la lingua inglese (l’unica disponibile e non particolarmente curate in fase di localizzazione).

Avec ses dialogues amusants (avec parfois des thèmes très adultes), son cel-shading de qualité et sa dualité constante entre virtuel et réel, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth est un jeu soigné. Bien que manquant de rythme par moment, il s'agit d'un chouette J-RPG. On regrette juste une linéarité un peu pesante et des zones trop petites et fragmentées. Il n'en reste pas moins qu'il s'agit du meilleur jeu Digimon depuis des années et qu'il est, dans l'ensemble, très solide. Les amateurs de collections et les fans de Digimon ont tout pour craquer. À noter que cette mouture PS4 est cross-save avec son homologue PS Vita.

Digimon Story : Cyber Sleuth, avec sa dream team de développement, répond aux attentes des fans avec un jeu de qualité, au gameplay classique mais solide. La direction artistique est maîtrisée, avec des personnages hauts en couleurs et des musiques mémorables. Le tout est servi par une technique irréprochable sur PS4, où le jeu est très agréable à l'oeil. Seule ombre au tableau : la progression dans le scénario, hachée par le format épisodique, et quelques quêtes répétitives ou mal expliquées. Bref, les fans de Digimon vont aimer, mais les fans de J-RPG aussi !
