KING OF FIGHTERS XV may not be the best game when it comes to the story but the fighting aspect fills those missing holes. Being able to feel this excited about a fighting game almost feels unreal in a way. With my little experience with the genre, KING OF FIGHTERS XV makes me want to improve in every way that I can. The fluidity of the combat, the strategic big brain plays, the beautiful and handsome character designs, it all comes together and shatters all my expectations I had going into KING OF FIGHTERS XV and I look forward to putting more countless hours into the game.

Solar Ash pushes for a sense of momentum and fluidity with its take on 3D platforming, and it does work very well indeed. Rei's controls and abilities give the game a sense of ease, making it feel very gratifying simply moving through the game's world. While the main quest doesn't really evolve the challenge, and the picturesque environments can feel somewhat empty, the traversal at the heart of everything does about enough to carry you through to a satisfying conclusion. It's an ambitious second effort from Heart Machine that mostly sticks the landing.

Bright Memory: Infinite è un primo passo nella direzione giusta, ma certamente non lo sparatutto premium che molti si aspettavano, specie per quanto concerne la risicatissima durata. Naturalmente tutto va contestualizzato a un prezzo di acquisto particolarmente basso (8,19 euro per l'acquisto di Bright Memory e l'aggiornamento a Infinite gratuito), che rende comunque l'esperienza messa a punto da FYQD-Studio un acquisto fortemente consigliato a chi cerca un gioco divertente e con diverse idee interessanti, ma anche alcune grosse ingenuità e qualche magagna tecnica di troppo. La speranza è che l'autore accetti l'idea di farsi supportare da un team più strutturato: sarebbe un peccato se il progetto dovesse fermarsi a questo semplice assaggio.
