Maestoso L'ambizioso progetto dei ragazzi di Asobo Studio e XBOX Game Studios ha centrato in pieno l'obiettivo: il nuovo Microsoft Flight Simulator non è un gioco, ma è il simulatore di volo per eccellenza che tutti stavano aspettando. Il livello di realismo è incredibile, dal mondo aggiornato in tempo reale ai dettagli maniacali degli aerei, così come il lavoro svolto per renderlo accessibile anche ai neofiti che vogliono semplicemente provare l'ebbrezza di esplorare il globo stando comodamente seduti a casa. Ancora una volta, ci sentiamo di definirlo un vero e proprio strumento di allenamento camuffato da videogioco in cui gli sviluppatori hanno racchiuso sapientemente tutte le nozioni dell'aviazione. Il risultato è un prodotto di altissima qualità che, analizzato nella sua vera anima (quella di un simulatore appunto), può contare anche su un forte potenziale d'impiego al di fuori delle mura casalinghe. Une fois de plus, la franchise Rock of Ages est de retour, et casse la baraque avec Rock of Ages 3 : Make & Break. Hormis un petit manque d’innovation et une progression du mode histoire paresseuse et similaire au second volet, le concept est aussi prenant et toujours fun. Mieux, les quelques soucis du précédents volets ont été corrigés pour un gameplay plus maniable et où la moindre erreur est pour votre pomme. On appréciera également l’apparition d’un éditeur de niveaux pour allonger durablement la durée de vie, quelques nouvelles boules et unités, et surtout une ambiance graphique et sonore qui font encore mouche. Concrètement, et si on pestera un poil sur les quelques bugs, un aspect stratégie sommaire ou l’absence d’un vrai scénario, Rock of Ages 3 : Make & Break n’en reste pas moins un titre avec un concept toujours unique et diablement fun à jouer avant tout. Et puis qu’on se le dise, vu le prix proposé, le titre aura le mérite de proposer une durée de vie presque infinie avec son éditeur de niveaux accessible et permettant à la communauté de s’exprimer avec des parcours toujours plus fous.

Certainly, Faeria is one of the better collectable card games on the Switch. But it’s also one with a few caveats. Those less reluctant to sift through every mode might want to save a bit of cash with a free-to-play offering. Appearing on a portable system, the always online requirement means you won’t be able to enjoy Faeria everywhere. Although the presence of cross platform play with other versions is impressive, the title’s player pool is tragically shallow. But if none of these conditions affect you, Faeria is one of the best CCGs to be found on Switch.
