Those expecting the quality and polish of its predecessor will be disappointed with Exit the Gungeon. It’s too visually clustered and the new mechanics can be more frustrating than fun. Still, for a short burst of rogue-like goodness, you could do worse.

TT Isle of Man: Ride of the Edge 2 è un seguito che fa sicuramente un passo in avanti enorme per struttura, contenuti e divertimento rispetto al primo capitolo, conservando la sua innata epicità. C’è, però, alla base un equivoco di fondo che rende ambigua la proposta di Kylotonn, ovvero l’atteggiarsi a simulatore indefesso quando in realtà il motore fisico non lo permette. Il risultato è un simcade più per necessità che per intenzione, che conserva una sorta di intransigenza formale e morale, ma che a conti fatti poi si vive meglio affrancandosi dal realismo e vivendo il brivido della velocità, imparando a gestire il comportamento bizzarro della motocicletta. Nei brevi momenti di libertà più assoluti, Ride of the Edge 2 regala uno spettacolo unico, affascinante come la storica dimensione eroica che vuole raccontare.

Hardly the breezy yuri romp hinted at by promotional images, SeaBed is a rather serious rumination of life, love, and memory. Its verbosity isn’t for everyone but if you looking for a catalyst for introspection, seek out SeaBed.

With all the different battle royale games on the market, all seeming to offer the same experiences, Warzone might give the most realistic, precise, and investing performance of them all, but it will need to stay innovative. Sounds of ricocheting bullets, footsteps of the enemy, and a highly detailed world keep it a cut above its competition. I easily found this to be one of my favorite battle royale games to date.
