Conglomerate 451 è un buon prodotto. Se dovessimo descriverlo con una parola lo definiremmo "concreto", ossia conscio di alcuni suoi limiti ma capace di mascherarli in modo efficace. In generale funziona e riesce a rendere più che bene le atmosfere tipiche del genere cyberpunk, offrendo anche alcuni spunti interessanti. Sicuramente gli appassionati lo apprezzeranno, così come quelli che sono alla ricerca di un gioco di ruolo fresco e ben studiato. Non è impeccabile in tutto ciò che pretende di fare o di essere, ma ci si passa tranquillamente sopra se ci si lascia prendere dal sistema di combattimento e dalla gestione della squadra.
