Original, desafiante y con una personalidad que ya quisieran para sí muchas de las grandes producciones del mundo de los videojuegos. Sin duda estamos ante uno de esos juegos que llegan sin hacer mucho ruido pero luego son difíciles de olvidar. Es cierto que no es demasiado largo, tampoco muy rejugable, y algunos de sus puzles son excesivamente complicados, pero estos aspectos son minucias comparados con el placer que produce disfrutar de desventuras de P.B. Winterbottom.

A great soundtrack and unique art style can't save what is ultimately a failed experiment. Using a guitar peripheral to control a platformer is just as clumsy as you would imagine. Drop the gimmick and Fret Nice becomes much more playable with a regular controller, but then you're left with a pretty run-of-the-mill game. Kudos to the developer for trying something different, but different doesn't always mean fun.

Whether or not you'll enjoy Piranha Bytes' Risen really depends on what kind of gamer you are. Though this is a more humble and user-friendly product than Piranha Bytes' past games, it's still very much a hardcore role-playing game. If you're not willing to figure some things out for yourself and the idea of freedom of choice doesn't sit well with you, chances are Risen isn't going to mesh well with your gaming sensibilities. If you're familiar with the genre and are looking to take the next step into a mature, well-realized fantasy world, then this is it. Its combat system isn't the greatest and its pacing is inconsistent, but for those who put in the time to see all Risen has to offer, it's an experience that won't be forgotten.

Pensé pour le jeune public, SimAnimals Africa atteint plus ou moins son objectif. Simple d'accès mais un brin répétitif, SimAnimals Africa a son charme. Pour peu que vous aimiez la faune et la flore africaine, ce jeu peut vous satisfaire ne serait-ce qu'avec son encyclopédie. Jamais dans un titre du genre il a été permis de jouer directement les animaux que l'on doit logiquement gérer. C'est un bon point qui est malheureusement ternit par des graphismes d'un autre âge et d'une ambiance sonore désastreuse. Il n'empêche que la série des SimAnimals s'améliore, nous pouvons donc espérer un troisième épisode encore meilleur.

Una trama lineare e completamente priva di fascino, un gameplay con qualche barlume d’ingegno malamente sprecato ed un comparto tecnico che avrebbe sfigurato persino su Playstation 2 rendono Way Of The Samurai 3 uno dei peggiori giochi in circolazione e, sicuramente, il peggiore dell’appena iniziato 2010. Al di là di una passione viscerale e sconfinata per il Giappone feudale e per la figura del Samurai non vediamo alcun motivo per acquistare un titolo incapace di suscitare emozioni o intrattenere con dinamiche ludiche consistenti.

Awful in nearly every way. The Twin Peaks meets Resident Evil with a dash of Grand Theft Auto formula sounds pretty great, but it was well beyond the capabilities of this development team. Terrible controls. Terrible pacing. Terrible sound effects. Terrible visuals. Maybe you can convince yourself that these things don't matter as you work through this surreal and quirky storyline. The rest of us will be off playing better videogames.
