Bratz: Super Babyz is a limited game with a confusing concept and shallow gameplay. Its premise of transforming the Bratz girl character into babies and then giving them all superpowers is just plain odd, and made worse by the fact that the basic walk-about gameplay doesn't seem to support anything "super" at all. The game has a few redeeming qualities, as the technical execution of the 3D exploration sequences holds merit and the random inclusion of a Legend of Zelda-inspired dungeon sequence are noteworthy and positive. But as a whole, only the youngest gamers or those girls who are die-hard fans of the Bratz: Super Babyz DVD need to pay attention to this one.

Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection was made for pinball wizards: it's a fantastic fan service of the game's recent past that puts excellent attention to the detail of the genre. It's always better to play the real machine than virtual representations of them, but this collection is a great alternative at a solid value. And these pinball machines will never wear out on you.

Une perle insoupçonnée arrive discrètement sur PS2 mais vous n'aurez qu'à poser les yeux sur elle pour savoir qu'elle renferme quelque chose de grandiose. Odin Sphere est un titre farouche qui s'apprivoise avec le temps au prix de nombreux efforts avant d'exprimer tout son potentiel. Original et déroutant dans sa construction, le gameplay est un modèle d'inventivité où tout est étroitement lié pour donner un résultat parfaitement maîtrisé. A vous de lui donner sa chance.

Faire de la magie avec sa DS. Voilà une proposition assez tentante à laquelle on ne résistera pas. Même si le soft avoue un peu trop vite ses limites dans le sens où seuls quelques tours se révèlent vraiment convaincants, on prend plaisir à piéger son public avec des tours pas très compliqués. A découvrir au moins une fois !

Moins torturé, moins transgressif et plus accessible qu'un Killer 7, No More Heroes n'en reste pas moins le jeu original et mature qui faisait défaut à la Wii. Son ton décalé, son style visuel unique, son inventivité constante et son gameplay convaincant concourent à procurer une expérience de jeu inégalable, bien qu'entachée de quelques problèmes techniques et de chutes de rythme regrettables. Sans conteste un des meilleurs jeux de la console.

Nancy Drew est un jeu joli mais creux, un peu comme la belle tête blonde de Bess. Qu'importe donc ses graphismes mignons et son scénario intéressant, on retiendra surtout son gameplay au ras des pâquerettes et sa durée de vie ridicule. Dommage.

Le mode Aventure de Bomberman Land ne parvient pas vraiment à convaincre malgré son imposante collection de mini-jeux. Etant donné qu'il constitue la seule innovation de cet épisode, autant télécharger Bomberman 93 sur la Console Virtuelle. Les moins exigeants pourront toutefois s'en accommoder le temps d'un week-end.

A peine sorti, Jumper se téléporte parmi les jeux à licence sans aucune envergure. L'originalité du propos est noyée dans un gameplay ultra-classique et une réalisation en manque d'éclat. Cette adaptation peinera donc à satisfaire ceux qui ont apprécié le film, et suscitera l'indifférence des autres.

Let me break it down for you: this game sucks. It's not that I'm too harsh on "casual games," it's that nobody in the world is going to have any fun playing this. Regardless of the demographic you're trying to reach, if you're making a racing game the cars should be fun to control and it should somewhat approximate the exhilaration of driving really fast. The only thing Classic British Motor Racing approximates is playing a bad game.

What's the point of selling a substandard bowling game on a system that gives one away for free? This game is an absolute dud: it plays poorly, it lacks all sorts of important features, and it doesn't come anywhere near the same quality as what Nintendo already includes as standard issue with every single system in North America. An absolute waste of everyone's time and money...gamers and developers alike.

Chicken Hunter isn't a game. It's five game demos that Mumbo Jumbo is trying to get suckers to pay for. Playing through every single game takes approximately 15 minutes (at most) and then there is nothing to do. No multiplayer. No hard mode. Nothing. There's just so little content here, which makes the overall lack of quality even more insulting. If the developers were going to make a game with barely any content, they could have at least made it good content.
