So this is another case of the not-such-a-sequel phenomenon, where the second installment in a franchise ends up being pretty much just a direct extension of the first game. Adventures of Lolo 2 is still an impressive, addictive puzzle action experience that deserves at least as high a score as the original, and it's worth a look for players who blazed through that quest and are hungry for yet more.

Dancing With The Stars isn't a bad game, but its limited modes, linear career and weak visuals make the whole game feel like it should be retailing for less than a full-fledged game. It isn't. If you're aching to dance your heart out on a videogame system, the Dance Dance Revolution titles offer more modes, challenges and songs than this title ever could -- there just aren't terrible representations of Emmitt Smith and Joey Lawrence, but that's a good thing.

Released four years ago in Japan and just recently making it over to these shores, Rise to Power is one of those games that will probably appeal to hardcore historical strategy fans or nostalgic Nobunaga players. However, considering that the Battle and Strategy modes play a major role within the game, and each hosts key flaws that hampers effective planning for those modes, you're going to have some glaring problems to overlook.

Out of This World is a landmark game for a host of reasons, from the 2D polygonal work to its excellent narrative. I think what strikes me most about the game, even today, is its ability to tell a compelling story without holding up flashing signs. Without text or speech, you have to find the game's emotional core on your own as well as solve its series of challenges. If you want to see a major influence in motion, hunt down a copy of Out of This World for the PC or consoles. Or, if you want the purest experience, dust off an Amiga. The reward is worth the effort.
