Lo studio indonesiano MassHive Media brilla nel costruire una storia e dei personaggi convincenti, e l'idea di vivere la vita di una farmacista in erba - senz'altro originale nel panorama videoludico - si rivela vincente e stimolante per i giocatori. Peccato per un gameplay loop che alla lunga non riesce a sfuggire alla ripetitività, ma si tratta di un titolo che sarà certamente apprezzato dagli appassionati di life sim non convenzionali.

Très agréable à jouer, techniquement limité, The DioField Chronicle n'est sans doute pas le tactical de l'année, mais sa mécanique de jeu, captivante, et ses courtes et dynamiques escarmouches tiennent en haleine.

Shovel Knigh Dig es otro acierto en el universo del caballero de la pala, un roguelite que, sin alejarse en exceso de la fórmula del género y lo visto en otros juegos del personaje, logra darle una vuelta para que se sienta algo fresco. Y lo consigue. Diversión asegurada para los amantes del roguelite más ágil y desenfadado.

Session: Skate Sim is the most authentic skateboarding experience you can get from a video game. Though you will fall down (a lot) and may get frustrated, you will undoubtedly leave this experience with a greater appreciation for skating and the culture that surrounds it.

hovel Knight Dig isn’t just a cash-in on the series’ popularity. It’s a game that stands on its own merits as a worthy prequel to the original. The titular hero’s moveset translates perfectly to a more vertical orientation, and Nitrome’s bite-sized level design makes full use of Yacht Club’s well-established gameplay style. The 16-bit-style visuals and music are an absolute treat, especially for fans of the series, and the roguelike elements present a nice sense of progression and replayability. Shovel Knight Dig might not be the exact sequel that fans have been clamoring for, but it’s the next best thing.

Those looking to Session to fill a Skate­-shaped hole in their gaming life are likely to be sorely disappointed. It is not an easy game to learn, but more importantly, it’s also not a fun one either. Some better tutorials or alternate control options might have saved the game a little, but as it is I just can’t find any reason to recommend this to anyone outside of truly dedicated skaters willing to put the grind in.

One Punch Man - The Strongest è un tie-in come ormai se ne vedono tanti, un RPG strategico con combattimenti a turni ed elementi gacha che strizza inevitabilmente l'occhio alle solite meccaniche freemium che nelle prime ore elargiscono ricompense e vittorie a manetta, salvo poi tirare fuori l'immancabile paywall con i nemici che diventano fortissimi e la nostra squadra costretta a rigiocare le missioni o a cimentarsi con le sfide alternative per ottenere i potenziamenti necessari ad andare avanti... oppure a pagare per progredire più rapidamente.

Inachevé. C'est le mot qui vient à l'esprit lorsque l'on met les mains sur Session à l'heure actuelle, qui a encore du pain sur la planche pour sortir de son statut d'early-access. Même s'il faut s'armer de patience et d'entraînement pour dompter les contrôles atypiques, les tricks sont grisants une fois maitrisés et valident le côté simu du titre, qui respecte dans la forme l'ambiance underground des jeux de skate-board. Il ne reste plus qu'à crea-ture de remplir son oeuvre de modes de jeux convaincants, revoir les chutes et animations et corriger les nombreux bugs pour devenir le digne héritier de la saga Skate.

Bandai Namco recupera un título excelente de PSP que, por desgracia, jamás fue distribuido oficialmente en Europa y que sigue siendo magnífico en la actualidad. ¡Y eso que apenas incluye innovaciones relevantes más allá de leves mejoras relacionadas con su vertiente gráfica! Eso habla muy bien de Nihon Falcom, una compañía que cuida mucho todas sus obras y que, con el paso de los años, ha visto cómo una de sus franquicias más queridas como es The Legend of Heroes va ganando cada vez más protagonismo incluso fuera de Japón. Trails from Zero es un juego de rol táctico que sabrán apreciar los asiduos a este tipo de aventuras, sobre todo los que se manejen con el inglés.
