It's not quite a full game or a demo, it's Dead Rising 2: Case Zero. No matter what you call it, Capcom's bite of Dead Rising 2 is a tasty one. With hours of gameplay, loads of weapons and a brand new city to explore, Case Zero is a no-brainer at five dollars. Mmm brains!

While a few of the nagging issues from the last game have been addressed, Kane and Lynch: Dog Days has a below-average solo mode with boring gameplay and a seemingly pointless story. The multiplayer has some great ideas but is bogged down by the gameplay hitches from the solo mode. Aside from a brilliant visual style, there isn't much here that is noteworthy or even interesting. It's worth a rent for the novelty but not much else.

Even if you're one of those people who has completely written off the Tomb Raider series, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is still worth checking out. The developers have made enough changes to warrant another look, especially if you're looking for a fun two-player experience. Just be prepared for a long way for an online multiplayer mode!

Castlevania: Harmony of Despair is a multiplayer game first and a single-player game second. This is a daring twist on a tried and true franchise, one that may split a lot of gamers. The good news is that this experiment mostly works, even if it comes at the expense of a proper single-player mode.

While there are aspects in the game that mimic some of the more expensive shooters out there, Blacklight: Tango Down just doesn't play well in a lot of areas. For $15, it might not be a bad purchase though for those on a budget and wanting another shooter. There are plenty of upgrades for the weapons and unlocks to pick up. Still, it's a bland shooter that needs some more work to really be a staple in your library.
