Matt Hazard: Blood, Bath, and Beyond is a fun little romp from start to finish. If you like the classic 2-dimensional side scrolling shooters of old, this game will be right up your alley. The title has its shortcomings, such as the difficulty and occasionally lack of indciation on when you can progress past a room, but nothing that really holds it back from being a thoroughly enjoyable ride. Please note though that this isn't one for the kiddies, as even the menu screen(s) drops the f-bomb on gamers. If you want a fun / arcadey romp with no strings attached... this should wet your appetite.

Just a year after reviving my faith in the fighting game genre with SF4, Capcom manages to deliver what I consider to be the best fighting game in a very long, long time. This is easily the best fighting game since MvC2 and time may prove it as the better of the two. Fighting game fans should be flocking to the Wii to get their hands on this title. If you have a Wii and have complained at the lack of mainstream / hardcore games, look no further as Capcom has you covered with Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars. TvC may be the most complete package available on Nintendo's console right now. This is simply a phenomenal game that I think that fighting fans and gamers in general will thoroughly enjoy...

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers is full of fantastic ideas, unfortunately it's marred by repetitive gameplay, questionable gameplay decisions, terrible voice acting and unlikeable characters. If you can get over those problems you'll find a good looking game with a decent story!

There are some enjoyable bits in this forgettable RPG on the Xbox 360 but Divinity II has a lot of vegetables to get through before you can eat dessert. To make matters worse the game is plagued with a few minor and one major bugs which make it incredibly difficult to keep playing. I can only recommend this title to the most patience of the hardcore and even then only after there has been a patch to fix lingering technical issues.

LEGO Rock Band is as cute as you would imagine, with unique storylines coupled with adorable cut scenes. While these aspects are sure to instigate fun family time, the game is by no means comparable to its predecessors with almost double the songs available and some of the more prominent gameplay features like online multiplayer. The tracks become monotonous, and once the novelty of the LEGO characters wears off you’ll be wishing you bought a different Rock Band title.

Although plagued by balance and control issues, COP the Recruit is ambitious in its depth and groundbreaking in its technology. The easily frustrated might want to skip this game, but for experienced gamers looking for a challenge, COP offers a lengthy experience and hardcore difficulty.

Nitro is age appropriate for the pre-teen Wii player, but will not hold the attention of the older folks in the house. The graphics are fun and attractive but won't be mistaken for the nearly photo realistic graphics available on the higher-end consoles.

For Left 4 Dead fans, there's more zombie killing fun in this one and it does feel different from the first game. The many additions really help expand the game and almost makes the first game seem like a beta. Those that thought the first game was repetitive will find that this game might seem that as well. For me, the changes presented and new features really created a fun multiplayer game and one that I'm sure I'll be playing for many, many months to come.... probably until Left 4 Dead 3 is released.
