While Hitman GO may have been tailor-made for the mobile crowd, it’s just as good on PlayStation with the new Definitive Edition. The same head-scratching puzzle gameplay that surprised everyone in 2014 is still great in 2016, and the fact that you’re getting all of the game’s additional content, upgraded visuals and cross-buy/cross-play for $7.99 is an awesome deal. If you’re a fan of puzzle games or a fan of the Hitman series you need to give this game a shot, as it blends both into a package that is a ton of fun to play.

It's a sprawling, ambitious, beautiful representation of a dark fantasy world, and games like this don't come along often. By no means perfect, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt still one of the year's biggest and best releases.

I found myself not really liking BunnyLord himself all that much. He is supposed to be the game’s big draw, the embodiment of its outlandishness, yet I found myself torn between skipping his dialogue and sticking around to see whether it would grow on me. Though not personally enamored, I can definitely see that the developers have set out to create a certain type of character and delivered on that idea effectively. I did find myself rather liking Steve, which I did not expect to — his slide tackles and laconic manner shot and kicked their way into my heart. Thankfully, the game really is fun to play. It’s easy to dismiss this as Hotline Miami with a different point-of-view, but Not A Hero stands on its own merits as a frenetic shooter.

Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition adds just enough additional content to warrant playing these games over their free-to-play counterparts. Match Three with an element of strategy simply isn’t done any better

Alientrap has struck a great balance between their core 2-D Platforming and RPG-lite mechanics, and a varied world that challenges players in different ways throughout the course of this tightly paced adventure.

If you liked Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, then you will like Temple of Osiris. A few mechanical issues make the experience less than ideal, but this cheap little game can be a lot of action-packed fun.

Tales Of Hearts R is an attempt to localize a game that fans of the series have been clamoring for. However, the lack of an English voice track does sour the experience a little. If you are able to look past this you will find yourself enjoying a deep RPG that is full of adventure and exploration. Despite a few issues, Tales of Hearts R wholeheartedly lives up to the pedigree of the Tales franchise, while remaining playable in a convenient portable experience.

Tears To Tiara II: Heir Of The Overlord is not a bad game by any means but it does take a lot to get going. If you manage to stick past the very long and seemingly overtly drawn out first chapter you will be rewarded with a fun battle system that makes many interesting choices to add a fresh feel to what is usually a very basic genre full of dated mechanics. Thankfully, the music, the art and the battles will be enjoyable for fans of the genre. It would have been better had more time been taken with the localization though. English voices would have allowed players to better appreciate the rich story, rather than having to read time and time again. Still, it is an enjoyable first effort for the franchise in its attempt to reach a western audience.

If you are looking for a game where you can drive beautifully modded tractors and all kinds of farming machinery around a farm, then you've found the game for you. Otherwise, the unrelenting grind, the sheer learning curve and the lack of attention to the smaller things that make good games good makes Farming Simulator 15 forgettable.

Skylanders: Trap Team elevates an already popular franchise to new heights by introducing one of the best features in the series thus far with the trapping mechanic. Not only are you able to square off against unique villains, but now you can trap them and use them in battle yourself. Trap Team also continues the trend of providing excellent 3D platforming action, which is quite unique in today’s current gaming environment. The game also provides new mini-games like Skystone Smash and the lock puzzles, which can get very addicting in no time. With a very impressive base game and the ability to expand upon it with the many available ancillary figures and traps, Skylanders: Trap Team is a tornado of fun that is bound to pull in kids and adults alike.

Driveclub is a solid rubber to the road racer, it’s just that the features that support the actual gameplay are a little lacking, if not derivative of other games in this genre. Seemingly content with being average in the modes on offer and club features, Driveclub is a bit of a letdown. The game fits a very specific niche, for a very specific player. The good news is, that everyone with a PS Plus account will be able to try before they upgrade.
