As long as you recruit some friends to join you, Lost Planet 2 is a fun and varied shooter that has some very impressive boss fights despite being a bit generic a lot of the time.

There are huge upsides to this game, however it brings the overall genre annoyances with it. Monkey Island 2 Special Edition has a lot of retro charm and clever writing, but if that doesn't appeal to you, then it's not worth your money.

After years of empty promises, EA Sports finally put a soccer game on PC that's worth your attention. It may not be perfect, but it's a huge step in the right direction for the publisher and the platform fans.
