Well, I'll give the Data Design guys an A for consistency. We've rated several of the developer's Wii projects and they have all scored a 1.0 -- a commendably low grade -- and now London Taxi Rush Hour is no different. Sloppy controls and offensively poor graphics -- N64 quality with a broken framerate -- combine for an end racing product that just plain sucks. Avoid this one at all costs. And if you've bought it already, burn it.

Last year, PS3 owners were let down by strange AI problems, weak visuals and game features that just didn't deliver what they promised. That's not the case this time – MLB '08 delivers on every gameplay front. The on-field play is excellently done, the stat tracking is immense, and Road to the Show is one of the best career modes around. Visually striking, this is the baseball game that baseball fans have been waiting for on the PS3.

Turning Point: Fall of liberty is a shining example of a great idea poorly executed. There is fun to be had with the game, but it's not the grand adventure it claims to be. Shooting Nazis in the streets of three major U.S. cities should be a non-stop thrill ride that has me on the edge of my seat. This game provides the opposite experience. If you're a die-hard WWII buff (or zeppelin fetishist), give this one a rent. Otherwise, skip it and read a Harry Turtledove novel instead.

If you’ve already taken Bully for a spin on PS2, Scholarship Edition isn’t going to be worth the extra $50 you’d plop down for motion control and new missions. About 95% of the content is identical, and Rockstar is packaging this one to both Wii and 360 as a perfect product for those that are late to the party, and have yet to experience what Bully has to offer. For those that haven’t made the rounds at Bullworth Academy, you’re missing out, as Bully is a charming, entertaining experience, and far more lighthearted than it has been made out to be. Mini-games and classes are actually educational and fun, the T rating ensures that it’s toned down in the language department, but Bully still has an overwhelming amount of entertaining content, and Scholarship Edition is another step above what we saw on PS2. The graphical update from the PS2 isn’t as much as we would have liked to see on Wii (the two versions look nearly identical), but the motion control is entertaining, the new classes are well made, and multiplayer is a nice distraction from the main game. We’d still recommend Godfather and Scarface over Rockstar’s latest offering (as long as you can stomach the M rating), but in no way should that sway players from picking up Bully and enjoying the hell out of one of Wii’s deepest offerings. We gave the original Bully an 8.9 two years ago, and the game still holds up today as a great open world offering. Wii-makes are never the most impressive outings on our side, as it’s obvious everyone is trying to make a quick buck off Nintendo’s success, but in the case of Bully, all is forgiven, as it’s simply a blast to play.

Bully: Scholarship Edition is a solid translation of the original PS2 game. It gives a little extra, but is at its core the same game. Though it has some limitations, particularly in the lack of depth of the social structure, there are many other great aspects to enjoy. And really, there is no other game like Bully on 360. If you haven't figured it out yet, Bully is a great game. Go out and buy it (for a mere $50); you won't regret the purchase.

Brain Assist is a decent take on the genre, and while it doesn't stand out as a major accomplishment, it is just different enough to make it fun. If there were more minigames to choose from then we might be able to recommend this title. The 10 offered are fun abstract takes that serve as neat distractions, but, unless you have a thing for identical doctor sisters and succubae, pass.

Ask any Lost fan a question about the show and you are likely to be drawn into a long-winded conversation about The Others, polar bears and how hot Sawyer looks with his shirt off. Ask someone who doesn't watch the show why people seem obsessed with Lost and they will likely shrug, roll their eyes and say, "Who gives a damn?" If you are of the former camp -- the kind who dreams of one day crashing on the Island just so you can personally solve its mysteries -- then you should probably rent (not buy) Via Domus. If you're in the latter category, turn away. Not a damn thing will make sense to you if you haven't watched at least the first two seasons of Lost. And there's no "game" here to make it worth playing unless you are a fan. Even then, it's only good for the final minute. At least it only takes five hours to reach the conclusion.

If you get into The Club, you'll find an arcade shooter with a twist that can be played obsessively in search of high scores. I didn't find the hook all that appealing and felt left with a glorified shooting gallery. The idea is sound. There just isn't much to be excited about in the final product.

Puzzle Quest has been one of the pleasant surprises of 2007. The unlikely marriage of puzzle gameplay with RPG mechanics makes for one of the most addictive experiences of the year. At $30, the Wii version of Puzzle Quest is the most expensive out there. But it looks, sounds, and controls worse than versions that cost half that. The core gameplay is rock solid, and you definitely don't want to miss out if you haven't already played the game. But what could have been one of the Wii's standout puzzle games ends up being a half-assed port.

Frontlines: Fuel of War is clearly deeply dependent on its gameplay to bring home the bacon. Its single-player performs well enough to get players to work their way through for the achievement points it’s the multiplayer that will hook some FPS fanatics. If you can forget about the fact that you’ve been playing this style game for years with the Battlefield franchise then Frontlines will hook you for some time with its gargantuan battles, but for most Fuel of War will likely be too generic to truly sink their teeth into.

Be careful what you wish for, I guess. As soon as I had finished Zack & Wiki, I really wanted more publishers to bring back some more point- and-click adventures for Nintendo's system. That's exactly what The Adventure Company has done with Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None. The problem, though, is that the publisher hasn't done anything with its now-old game and thus the experience Wii owners receive is exactly the one PC players found three years ago – except now you've got a Wii remote. Both the presentation and the gameplay mechanics are dated by today's standards, and yet if you grew up with games of this type, you may find yourself more forgiving of the title's shortcomings than new-generation players will be. If you're crazy for nostalgic point-and-click experiences, it's worth a rental. (Even at $29.99, I wouldn't buy it -- it just has too many mechanical and presentational issues.) Everybody else, wait for Zack & Wiki 2 or for a mystery game that really makes use of Nintendo's hardware.

There aren't a lot of options for chess on the PSP so if you're aching for a game, Chessmaster: The Art of Learning fits the bill. There are a lot of modes and games to get into and the stat-tracking profiles let you see how far you've come. However, the presentation is completely phoned-in and will make you wonder why the hell this budget-looking title is priced at $30.

The final verdict is that Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom is still a solid and impressive action game from the NES era, but it's also a game that missed out on capitalizing on its early potential. As a result, this game that could have been the best of the original Ninja Gaiden trilogy ends up placing third out of three. The original Ninja Gaiden is still your best bet, and after that, Ninja Gaiden II is second. Only invest the additional dollars for Ninja Gaiden III after you're experienced at least one of its predecessors first, and if you're comfortable with subjecting yourself to another full game's worth of frustration and ridiculous challenge. Irene may be dead, but after trying to find out who did it through a handful of these stages, you might just stop caring and turn the power off.

Make no mistake, Call of Duty 3 is a great game. Its one of the best looking titles on 360 and the multiplayer mode is a welcome addition. What keeps the score slightly below the last installment is the nearly identical gameplay and stiff competition within the genre. When you see another WWII shooter sitting on the shelf next to Gears of War and FEAR you may reevaluate going back into the trenches. But if wartime shooters are your thing, this is as good as it gets on a console.
