No narrative ties down any of the missions in the Insurgency Pack, and it in no way expands upon the cooperative campaign. But hey, that's not why people play Deniable Ops, so if all you're looking for is a few new playgrounds to end some lives prematurely in, you can consider this $10 well spent. Besides, my thinking is that story would only make me think about why I'm killing people without question -- something no good stone-faced killer needs on their mind.
If you have Splinter Cell Conviction you would do well to pick up the Insurgency Pack for $10 or 800 MSP. There is a great deal of value for anyone that loves the multiplayer component of the game.
