Marvel Tokon Fighting Soul, c’est l’excellence de Arc System Works au service d'une licence qui parle à tout le monde et c’est une de ces plus grandes forces. On a un jeu magnifique avec un gameplay aux petits oignons. Mais attention c’est un jeu qui vous demandera de l’investissement et même si le gameplay est ultra accessible, il demeure difficile à appréhender pour un débutant, surtout avec son mode tuto est indigeste. On regrettera le mode histoire, peu passionnant, et le manque de contenu solo pour les joueurs plus occasionnels. Il n’en reste que Marvel Tokon est un jeu à ne pas manquer si vous êtes fan de Marvel et, surtout, si vous êtes fan de jeux de combat.

Lies of P si conferma un soulslike di eccellente fattura anche su Nintendo Switch 2, capace di compensare una struttura dei livelli molto tradizionale con un comparto artistico sontuoso e una lore carica di fascino fra citazioni, ispirazioni e audaci rivisitazioni. Dotato di un sistema di combattimento eccezionalmente solido e di un roster di nemici e boss decisamente variegato, il gioco include in questa Complete Edition anche la meravigliosa espansione Overture, per un'esperienza ancora più corposa e l'ulteriore valorizzazione di un mondo che speriamo fungerà presto da base per nuove avventure.

Beast of Reincarnation cuenta con un escenario apocalíptico interesante, un lobo compañero sumamente memorable y una premisa de combates contra bestias que resulta instantáneamente atractiva, pero su ejecución queda corta frente a las ideas prometedoras que plantea. La historia es un relato plano y lleno de clichés, mejor contado en otros juegos del género; el combate se vuelve rápidamente repetitivo por la falta de variedad de enemigos y los patrones de ataque predecibles que socavan lo que hace brillar a un buen RPG de acción; y las peleas contra jefes terminan siendo decepcionantes, pese a lo espectaculares que lucen. Aun así, hay mucho que rescatar de Beast of Reincarnation, especialmente el propio lobo, que es exactamente tan increíble como aparenta, además de algunos niveles memorables y criaturas llamativas que aparecen de vez en cuando. Pero esas flores que brotan entre la maleza son difíciles de encontrar.

Korea IL-2 Series réussit un pari que je n'attendais plus, faire entrer la simulation de combat dans une dimension presque grand public sans rien renier de son exigence. La claque est d'abord visuelle, cockpits ciselés, avions superbes et pilote enfin modélisé, puis elle devient sensorielle une fois le casque VR sur la tête. Aux commandes, les modèles de vol sonnent juste et chaque appareil a son tempérament, tandis que le mode Commander Career ose vous confier tout un régiment, quitte à bousculer mes habitudes de la série. Tout n'est pas parfait, le cockpit n'est toujours pas cliquable, les nuages manquent de matière et l'IA de combat garde des progrès à faire. Mais ce simulateur d'une époque oubliée, coincée entre hélice et réacteur, m'a happé comme aucun autre depuis longtemps. Il serait dommage qu'il passe sous les radars.

Beast of Reincarnation a quelques bonnes idées de gameplay à faire valoir, mais elles sont enfouies sous une tonne de problèmes difficiles à esquiver. Une certaine sincérité transparait tout de même derrière ces bugs gênants et ces combats qui manquent de mordant. Un beau gâchis donc, parce que le potentiel était là, c'est indéniable.

Beast of Reincarnation propone un mondo affascinante, una storia misteriosa che si dipana con ritmo efficace e qualche colpo di scena ben assestato. L'opera di Gamefreak mette sul piatto anche un gameplay e un sistema di combattimento sorprendenti, benché non propriamente originali, usando come contorno una progressione ludica ben cadenzata, e un livello di sfida bilanciato. Pur con i suoi difetti, ci ha sorpreso in positivo, dato che si tratta di un gioco dalle molte anime: immediato e d’impatto, ma anche riflessivo e delicato. Davvero una bella prova.

La remasterización / reedición de Xenoblade Chronicles 2 para Nintendo Switch 2 es, con amplia diferencia, la mejor manera de disfrutar de la segunda entrega del legendario JRPG de Monolith Soft… Pero, al igual que le sucede a Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, le habría venido genial un poquito más de trabajo para revisar algunas mecánicas jugables que, en su día, nueve años atrás, ya tenían sus asperezas. Sea como fuere, esa es otra historia, y debe ser contada en otra ocasión. Si tienes ganas de descubrir o de rejugar Xenoblade Chronicles 2, la versión de Nintendo Switch 2 cumple con creces y nos lleva, de nuevo, a un JRPG sensacional.

The world itself may not be particularly interesting, but Beast of Reincarnation's combat and exploration are fun enough that going off the beaten path is a worthwhile endeavor. Even after rolling credits, I found myself going back to the game to kill some robots, find new swords, and explore areas that I missed on my initial playthrough. The core gameplay is solid, even with the control issues, and on these side quests, I can see the vision for Beast of Reincarnation and what it could have been. It's a shame the execution of that vision isn't there.

With a compelling, NieR-meets-Princess Mononoke narrative, solid level design that makes the most of its linear world, and a hybrid combat system blending Sekiro-style parrying with turn-based mechanics, Beast of Reincarnation is among the most interesting action RPGs of the year. While a slow start, technical shortcomings and other flaws may be off-putting, action game fans shouldn't be deterred from experiencing what is, overall, a very solid title.

Beast of Reincarnation is a fantastic ARPG that helps push Game Freak out of Pokémon’s shadow. Its expressive and deep combat system offers players a plethora of abilities that allow for long-running combos, intense encounters, and just overall a fun time. The inclusion of a command-based system was brilliant, as it adds a layer of strategy to the flow of combat and makes the experience feel unique compared to others in the genre. While not all bosses are memorable, each of them offers an exciting dance of parrying, dodging, and finding the right moment to strike. I had a blast with Beast of Reincarnation, and I can’t wait to jump into a second playthrough in New Game Plus.
