Rune Factory 3 Special is a reminder of why the series is so near and dear to my heart, but also less of a remaster and closer to a port with a few upgrades sprinkled on top. The visuals are much cleaner and higher resolution. The new dub is good, but you can barely hear it over the chiptune music. This is still a great game, but with less than the bare minimum of quality of life added.

Baldur's Gate 3 è un prodotto incredibile e la versione PS5 riesce a trasmettere così bene questo mondo di meraviglia che siamo convinti non vedrete l'ora di metterci sopra le mani. Una conversione competente, comoda, versatile, immediata nel suo utilizzo cooperativo grazie a uno split screen apparentemente semplice, ma funzionale. Larian riesce a portare su console il suo figlio già adulto, mettendo a disposizione dei possessori di PS5 un titolo capace di trasportarli in una delle più belle ambientazioni di Dungeons & Dragons mai create e soprattutto pagare un tributo enorme a una delle saghe più iconiche di giochi di ruolo occidentali. Non sappiamo quale sarà il futuro di Bioware, ma conosciamo il presente di Larian e sinceramente già questo ci basta.

Cerco sempre di non sbilanciarmi quando un titolo esce così tanto dal coro da gettare una brezza fresca nel panorama videoludico, ma penso di avere tutte le ragioni nel dire che Chants of Sennaar sia un must-play per tutti gli amanti dei puzzle adventure. Un classico istantaneo, con uno stile originale e ben strutturato, che vi terrà assolutamente incollati nel corso delle sue 8, o meglio 12 ore nel mio caso, necessarie per arrivare alla conclusione/i. Per tutti i motivi citati, e per il prezzo di soli €19,99 al quale viene venduto, non posso che invitarvi a giocarlo sin da subito, essendo già disponibile, anche con una breve demo, su tutte le piattaforme: Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, e persino Nintendo Switch. Non avete scuse.

Enchanted Portals Enchanted Portals è un titolo che non raggiunge la sufficienza perché, semplicemente, non è divertente da giocare. Ci dispiace essere così lapidari, soprattutto perché il titolo è stato sviluppato da due sole persone, però nelle nostra prova di dieci ore ci siamo divertiti genuinamente per un decimo del tempo giocato. E questo, purtroppo, è più indicativo di tutte le analisi e le considerazioni che possiamo fare. PRO Le boss fight sono strutturate abbastanza bene | La mera presentazione audio-visiva è accettabile | CONTRO Impianto ludico totalmente da rivedere | Pessimo sistema di feedback | I livelli run'n'gun sono estenuanti, frustranti in maniera artificiosa |

There’s limited freedom to roam in Killer Frequency, and not much to being a DJ, but the variety of gameplay kept me entertained and being an interim 911 operator sure is exciting, whether I played the hero or villain. Lives are very much at stake, but the great part is, you don’t need any action game experience to succeed. This is a more passive survival horror experience perfect for those who don’t like blood and gore, where all it takes is your brain and the ability to see solutions in all the clues provided. Every caller brings new elements that pose a challenge, but without being overly difficult. And even though you don’t see – or perhaps because you can’t see – what’s happening to the people in your care, there’s still a great buildup of tension. And it’s equally fun no matter which mindset you choose: being the grand savior is very rewarding and satisfying, but intentionally screwing up is just too tempting not to give it a go. I highly recommend it even to those who can’t bear to watch a horror movie – it’s perfect for a home-alone, late-night gaming session with the lights off and a bowl of popcorn at hand.

Baldur’s Gate 3 sur PlayStation 5 n’a rien à envier à Baldur’s Gate 3 sur PC. Larian Studios n’a pas sacrifié son RPG pour le faire tourner sur la console de Sony. Ce jeu de rôle conserve l’intégralité du contenu de la version PC (même la coopération en local via écran partagé) et propose une expérience optimale manette en mains. Les quelques défauts de BG3 sont encore présents (notamment l’interface “pad”), mais pour le reste, c’est un sans faute.

PS5 recibe un soberbio port de Baldur's Gate 3, en el que no se ha sacrificado nada de contenido y los recortes técnicos son inapreciables, salvo si lo has jugado antes en un PC de gama alta. Eso sí, la queja es que solo se puede jugar con el mando:, el manejo con ratón y el teclado se ha eliminado en PS5, a diferencia de los ports de otros juegos.

If you’re someone who enjoys third-person survival horror action titles such as Resident Evil and are looking for something to play over a weekend, then Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle’s 10ish-hour campaign may scratch that itch. There are some good ideas here, such as the Frost Grip, but the lack of execution and polish, and some poor core mechanics, means that this is best saved for a bargain price and a rainy day.

Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy is a decent culmination of the series. The game offers plenty of mind-bending puzzles and still respects its platforming roots. While the combat still feels somewhat clunky, the game's visuals and puzzle difficulty more than makeup for it. The game is much more enjoyable with friends as they can solve puzzles more inventively.

Mediterranea Inferno offre una miscela efficace di storia, direzione artistica e caratterizzazione dei personaggi, affiancata da un comparto sonoro pregevole. Questa visual novel - a dir poco essenziale sul fronte ludico - è in grado di raccontare le vicende appassionanti di tre amici, in cui è difficile non immedesimarsi. Anche per tale ragione, superare il termine della prima run e dedicarsi alla scoperta dei vari finali di questo viaggio ci è parsa una scelta naturale, a riprova del talento dimostrato dagli addetti ai lavori.

L'arrivée de Starfield est un événément dans le domaine du jeu vidéo, simplement en tant que nouvelle licence de Bethesda. Et comme vous le voyez, il n'y rien de plus passionnant que de parler de Starfield si ce n'est jouer à Starfield. Car oui, avec 120h au compteur déjà, et avec ses points forts comme ses faiblesses, je ne me suis pas ennuyé une seconde et j'ai hate d'y retourner, pour en apprendre plus sur cet univers, découvrir ses secrets, et voir s'il nous cache encore des choses (et de votre côté, ce qu'on ne vous a pas raconté...) Je pense avoir tout vu de ses mécaniques principales, mais le terrain est propice à tellement plus... Bien sûr certaines choses décoivent ; elles décoivent tellement qu'il est impossible pour moi de mettre la note maximum. C'est purement technique, il aurait fallu plus d'efforts dans le développement sur la forme. Il aurait fallu que Bethesda révolutionne son Creation Engine 2, ses choix d'ergonomie. Il n'y a pas de jeux sans bug, c'est vrai, mais toujours les mêmes bugs ? Je n'y crois meme plus pour leur prochain titre. Pour le contenu en revanche, avec tous ces hommages à des décennies de SF - et même si je soupconne fortement des coupes autour de l'exploration -, je suis déjà conquis à 130%. Et aucun maillon plus faible du gameplay ne vient gâcher le fun. Tout dépend ce que vous attendez, alors lisez de nombreux tests, confrontez-les à vos envies, et montez dans votre vaisseau en connaissance de cause.

Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten è un RPG che può vantare essenzialmente due frecce al proprio arco: la storia e la caratterizzazione dei personaggi. Tutto il resto funziona, ma è mutuato da una miriade di titoli pressoché identici: esplorazione, "livellamento", interazioni con il villaggio del momento, potenziamenti di vario tipo all'equipaggiamento e alle abilità. Di originale c'è almeno la gestione del sistema di combattimento, affidata ad uno schema ad anello, che comunque avrebbe potuto essere maggiormente approfondito, complice anche l'estrema semplicità con cui è possibile portare a termine, in pochi secondi, qualsivoglia combattimento. I fan di Utawarerumono, comunque, lo adoreranno, così come chiunque è in grado di perdonare anche i più evidenti difetti della persona amata. Oshtor e Shunya ringraziano.

I like Firewall Ultra a lot, but I want to love it. It plays things mostly safe by sticking with what worked in the original on a gameplay level. You can absolutely expect the same intense and highly coordinated tactical gameplay, with some smart enhancements, including utilisation of the Sense controllers’ unique features, implementation of intuitive but non-intrusive eye-tracking technology, and using the power of the PS5 to push the visuals to another level. However, as it’s been five years since its predecessor, and I expected a lot more modes and game types from this new iteration. PSVR 2 is already lacking in exclusive AAA content, and when the content they have is lacking, it’s almost demotivating to expect anything more from Sony soon, since this was supposed to be their big post-launch high-profile title. Additionally, the one element that made the original game so unique and special is now absent from the game, and while this is likely something out of the developer’s control, it does not make the pill easier to swallow. First Contact does have an excellent history of supporting its games (as niche as they are), and with a vocal Firewall community, I suspect many of the issues I have laid out will be addressed and eventually turn Firewall Ultra from a game I really like into a game I really love. Let’s start with a TDM mode, shall we?

Plusieurs milliers de mots et j'ai encore tant à dire sur Starfield. Plus qu’un jeu, c’est une épopée, une odyssée. Une aventure extrêmement riche et généreuse qui surprend à chaque fois là où on ne l’attend pas. Oui, c’est le titre le plus ambitieux de Bethesda, mais plus que ça encore, il est certainement l’un des jeux les plus audacieux de ces dernières années. En plus d’offrir une aventure incroyablement prenante, Starfield se transforme parfois en véritable bac-à-sable avec des centaines de planètes à explorer, de nombreuses trames narratives à suivre, sa construction d’avant-postes poussée, sans compter celle de notre vaisseau. Bethesda a pris du galon, ça se sent. Starfield va marquer l’histoire du jeu vidéo, c’est certain, et comme Skyrim avant lui, on en entendra parler encore longtemps. Bethesda signe ici un jeu majeur, à faire absolument, et j’ai déjà hâte de voir ce que l’avenir lui réserve. Les modders vont s’en donner à coeur joie. On n'est pas près de décrocher des étoiles et Xbox tient bien son premier vrai system seller.
