Agréable surprise, The Diofield Chronicle jouit d’un concept intéressant, et ne démérite pas au niveau de son contenu. Riche, il l’est aussi du coté de son lore, de sa bande originale, ou encore de sa direction artistique, que d’aucuns trouveront néanmoins un brin générique. S’il se pare malheureusement d’un certain hermétisme, notamment à cause d’une introduction nébuleuse, ou que son postulat très sérieux lui ferme quelques portes, il n’en demeure pas moins un titre intéressant, au rythme savamment dosé.

Lo studio indonesiano MassHive Media brilla nel costruire una storia e dei personaggi convincenti, e l'idea di vivere la vita di una farmacista in erba - senz'altro originale nel panorama videoludico - si rivela vincente e stimolante per i giocatori. Peccato per un gameplay loop che alla lunga non riesce a sfuggire alla ripetitività, ma si tratta di un titolo che sarà certamente apprezzato dagli appassionati di life sim non convenzionali.

Session: Skate Sim is the most authentic skateboarding experience you can get from a video game. Though you will fall down (a lot) and may get frustrated, you will undoubtedly leave this experience with a greater appreciation for skating and the culture that surrounds it.

Those looking to Session to fill a Skate­-shaped hole in their gaming life are likely to be sorely disappointed. It is not an easy game to learn, but more importantly, it’s also not a fun one either. Some better tutorials or alternate control options might have saved the game a little, but as it is I just can’t find any reason to recommend this to anyone outside of truly dedicated skaters willing to put the grind in.

À l'heure actuelle, One Punch Man : The Strongest est un gacha tout ce qu'il y a de plus classique qui s'adresse avant tout aux fans du manga et de l'anime. Cela passe d'abord par une production value qui rappelle l'oeuvre de ONE et Yusuke Murata, avec des passages de la série et le doublage original, mais aussi des animations soignées. Après cette étape, on est en face d'un jeu de rôle free-to-play avec des combats au tour par tour comme on a l'habitude de voir pour les adaptations de shonen à succès. Mais au-delà de ça, l'expérience est aussi quelque peu gâchée par une interface chargée qui ne facilite pas la lecture de l'écran. Un titre à réserver aux fans donc.

The DioField Chronicle ci ha fatto riscoprire diversi elementi che non sapevamo di aver voglia di rivivere. Stimoli dimenticati che riaccogliamo con gioia e con passione, ma che ci spingono anche a volere di più. Lo RTTB prodotto da Square Enix è infatti caratterizzato da molteplici elementi virtuosi ed intriganti, ma non è in grado di soddisfare le sue piene potenzialità, perdendosi in un’esecuzione che non offre grandi sfide, ma neppure una briosa varietà di contenuti. Il peculiare sistema di gioco è godibile e di grande intrattenimento, ma proprio per questo motivo non possiamo che sperare che The DioField Chronicle possa diventare la pietra portante di una saga che sappia far adeguatamente risaltare la narrazione e che coinvolga il giocatore in un dedalo di opportunità.

Beacon Pines è un gioco di avventura in grado di catapultare il giocatore in un mondo colorato ma inquietante, nel quale ogni evento può essere riscritto per ottenere il finale migliore possibile. Luka partirà per un viaggio all’insegna dell’amicizia per svelare i più misteriosi segreti della città, incontrando nuovi personaggi e tanti misteri legati al proprio passato. La grafica in stile fumetto offre un’esperienza di gioco rilassante e perfetta per chi ama gli scenari inquietanti ma non troppo spaventosi.

Despite its shortcomings, The DioField Chronicle is still a solid tactical RPG experience with enough JRPG tropes to interest fans of both genres. The unique gameplay provides plenty of challenge, though it can require a lot of grinding to keep pace with the difficulty curve. The art style is beautiful both in and out of combat but the characters and plot fail to live up to the same standard. In this case, its ambition outstretched its means and it fell just short of where it wanted to be.
