What happens when you take a couple of funky aliens, send them to Earth, and let them mix with humans? Sounds like a bad sitcom, but it's a game, and the results are slightly less enjoyable than you might think.

Sure itâ's late in arriving, but Capcom vs. SNK 2 is great no matter what system you play it on. It's not the most original fighting game, but if you remember the source material, that won't matter a bit. However, if you have simply been waiting for a great online fighting game, there's no reason to read any further, just get up and buy this game.

Like a runway model the game is externally beautiful but as you peel away the top layers, you begin to discover its deep and dark secrets. Secrets so disheartening that you just may never want to see them again. Not that Unreal II is a bad game, but by no means is it a great game.

Fast and furious NASCAR action comes to your PS2 with some stunning results, and while the game isn't as sim-oriented as the other NASCAR games, it's still a worthy purchase for both hardcore and casual fans. Let's just hope that EA fixes the inane replay feature for next year's version.

It recaptures the glory of Mortal Kombat and manages to do it with a fighting system. Wimpy manual that doesn't do the depth of the game justice. Addictive gameplay, sitting in your briefcase, waiting…beckoning…

I play the eternally addictive Dope Wars on my Palm Pilot when I take the subway. Or at least I used to. I think my casual gaming has just taken a turn for the cuter. MRA2 isn't as deep as its competition but its simplicity is its strength as far as I'm concerned.

Take a year old PC game, add in a few new elements, repackage it on a different platform and what do you have? Ghost Recon for the PS2, a decent title that may have ruled the markets a few years ago but today, really shows its age.
