Halo: Campaign Evolved is a polished and often impressive return to Alpha Halo, but most of what makes it great still belongs to Bungie's original design.The Covenant sandbox remains brilliant, the weapons still interact with enemies in meaningful ways, and grenades and vehicles continue to produce the kind of unscripted chaos that Halo has always done so well. The best missions retain their scale and flexibility, while some of the weaker ones benefit from clearer layouts, easier navigation and a wider selection of enemies.Four-player co-op is a major addition, and the larger weapon pool gives familiar encounters a fresh spin. Operation: METEORITE is enjoyable extra content even if it never feels essential, and at its best, the audiovisual overhaul looks spectacular.But the compromises are hard to miss. Sprint and the new recovery system disturb parts of the original balance. The denser visuals can hurt atmosphere and readability, the prequel missions feel detached from the main campaign, and performance is inconsistent across the available modes. Leaving out competitive multiplayer, Firefight and Theater also makes the package feel incomplete at $50.Campaign Evolved proves that Combat Evolved remains one of the best shooter campaigns ever made. It does not always prove that this is the best way to play it. This is a good remake of an exceptional game.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok is an excellent expansion that prioritises what the base game already excelled at: spectacular combat, satisfying progression, and addictive replayability. It's an easy recommendation for anyone who loved Relink and thrives on a good action RPG grind.

007 First Light is the Bond game fans have been waiting for because it understands that the fantasy has to be played, not just referenced.IO Interactive does not simply rely on the license. It builds Bond through action, spycraft, gadgets, social stealth, hand-to-hand combat, gunplay, and cinematic momentum. The origin story works because it gives Bond space to grow without stripping away his identity. Patrick Gibson sells the younger version of the character with enough charm and recklessness to make the journey feel earned.The game is not perfect. Focus can make combat too easy. Blocking is not always reliable. Finishers become repetitive. Driving is cinematic but limited. TacSim adds replay value without becoming a major post-campaign anchor. Server-tied loading and progression bugs need polish.But the foundation is strong enough to matter beyond this one release. First Light feels like a true Bond game, a strong IO Interactive game, and the best blueprint 007 has had in video games for decades. It balances story, action, stealth, gadgets, and style better than any modern Bond game before it.This is not just a good licensed game. It is a series foundation with a loaded chamber and a steady hand.

Invincible VS is a good fighting game and a strong licensed adaptation, but it falls short of being a great version of either. The 3v3 structure fits the source material well, combat is responsive, team play has genuine depth, and the roster mostly respects character identity. The brutality feels earned. Online play, at least during the review period, is stable and smooth.The weaknesses are equally apparent. Story Mode lacks emotional weight and ends too quickly. Some systems feel shallower than they should. Auto-combos are too advantageous. Heroic Strike needs tuning. The arenas leave no impression. The audio mix doesn’t consistently elevate the action, and the single-player side feels dated in places.The game is at its best when it just lets players fight. It struggles when it tries to be more than that.Invincible VS has long-term potential if the developers follow through with competitive support, balance patches, and community investment. The foundation is there. Whether it grows from a strong licensed tag fighter into a serious competitive fixture depends entirely on what comes next.
