March of the Eagles è senza ombra di dubbio l'ennesimo capolavoro dei Paradox Interactive che ormai in questo particolare campo non hanno davvero più rivali. Il titolo è profondo, curato sotto ogni aspetto e come se non bastasse riesce ad aggiungere ancora qualcosa alla già ricchissima e classica ricetta Paradox. Un must have per tutti i fan della grande strategia e della storia. Un titolo da provare anche per coloro che si affacciano al genere per la prima volta.

March of the Eagles may have more limited ambitions than its grand strategy cousins, but in limiting its goals it makes its successes more evident. It's a relatively brief and accessible strategy experience that's good alone and better with friends. The smaller scale, lopsided balance, and multiplayer lobby screwups may keep it from being mentioned in the same breath as the biggest and best, but being a successful minor power in the pantheon of strategy games is still a fine achievement.
