There’s no doubt that Just Dance 2022 has fallen into some of the traps of other annual games by not making it feel like a total makeover, but once you feel the quality of the choreography and see the improved visuals, you can’t deny that Ubisoft is still trying to deliver an exceptional product where it counts: the dancing and song selection. Even as one who is slightly out of touch with current hits, most of them successfully motivate me to get off my butt and start dancing.

Les Schtroumpfs : Mission Malfeuille s’adresse principalement aux fans de la série ainsi qu’aux jeunes personnes qui découvrent les jeux vidéo. Avec une difficulté extrêmement accessible et une durée de vie somme toute assez courte, le titre n’est pas mauvais, loin de là mais s’appuie sur des mécaniques assez répétitives et peu originales. Joli de jour, moins beau de nuit, le jeu est en constante alternance techniquement parlant mais permettra à nos jeunes pousses de découvrir les jeux de plates-formes et ses diverses possibilités. Un titre idéal pour commencer mais qui aura du mal à séduire les habitués du genre.

Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View feels like a paperback mystery novel you might find at the back of the bookstore. It’s not exactly a hidden gem but it does contain the occasional glint of something special. Perfunctory writing drags down the tension and a limited range of puzzles and interactivity struggles to pull it all back together. Worse though, Conway’s brutish ways filled me with unease from the first snap of the camera, rather than filling me with the joy of a good detective story, I just felt like an intruder.

Unpacking is a delightful and charming puzzle game, one that perfectly takes a chore such as moving and perfectly shows how it can highlight the most important parts of our lives, allowing us to reflect upon them and the transitions we go through along the way. It helps that it also has terrific gameplay built around trying to find space by rearranging items as if they were blocks, all while telling a captivating story through each small bit taken out of each box. It’s an impressive little package that you’ll want to dive into.

Con un desarrollo mayormente conservador House of Ashes mejora algunos de sus apartados como por ejemplo el narrativo, con un guion con menos lagunas y el gráfico que sigue evolucionando a medida que llegan nuevos juegos de la saga. Sin embargo, por lo demás, nos encontramos con un desarrollo jugable calcado a lo anterior y sin ni una sola novedad salvo el control manual de la cámara del juego. No obstante, vuelve estar a la altura en lo que a títulos de terror se refiere y sin duda es una más que recomendada comprar para los amantes del género que mejora aún mas si lo jugamos con amigos.

Proprio in questi giorni il CEO di Niantic ha parlato della sua visione del metaverso come immersione nel mondo esterno con innesti in realtà aumentata e contatto diretto con le altre persone: Pikmin Bloom sembra andare precisamente in quella direzione, essendo una sorta di "gioco" sociale che funziona da stimolo per uscire di casa, camminare all'aria aperta e possibilmente avvicinarsi ad altri utenti. Sono tutte cose estremamente positive e bisogna lodare questo bizzarro progetto per riuscire a metterle insieme in maniera piuttosto elegante e recuperando anche un brand amato, sfruttandone a dovere il carisma dei protagonisti. Resta il fatto, fondamentale, che non si tratta di un gioco quanto piuttosto di una companion app che punta al benessere, un vero e proprio podometro arricchito, a dire il vero nemmeno preciso e tecnico come altri più specializzati ma sicuramente più divertente e stimolante. Anche solo sapere che i nostri Pikmin restano attivi in background accompagnandoci a ogni passo, senza dover guardare continuamente lo schermo, è piacevole e dona un senso di compiutezza alle semplici passeggiate quotidiane, con il solo inconveniente di un consumo veramente eccessivo della batteria.
