Persona 5 Tactica Persona 5 Tactica è l'ennesimo esperimento Atlus, che gioca nuovamente con alcuni dei propri personaggi più amati per buttarsi stavolta nel mondo degli strategici. Il risultato finale è ancora una volta un'ottimo titolo, capace di mescolare sapientemente paradigmi del genere al twist classico della serie. Tematiche mature, una direzione artistica attenta ed un gameplay divertente sono i biglietti da visita della produzione, che deve fare i conti con una curva della difficoltà fin troppo amichevole per gli appassionati dei tattici, dialoghi forse troppo prolissi ed una esplorazione decurtata. Nonostante dunque l'inesperienza, P-Studio riesce nel colpo grosso: i Ladri Fantasma vincono ancora. Persona 5 Tactica isn’t something that’s going to blow anyone away, neither Persona fans nor fans of tactical RPGs. Its story is decent and interesting enough to see the players through to the end, but it likely won’t leave much of any lasting impact. The same goes for its overall presentation and music. Much of it is fun to look at and listen to, and there’s genuine enjoyment to be had, but none of it is anything one will remember for long after putting it down. Atlus did manage to craft a fun and interesting combat system here, though, one that’s simple and easy enough for genre newcomers to enjoy and which also offers enough depth to give those familiar with these sorts of games a few fun hours. Persona 5 Tactica is nothing genre defining, but it’s fun enough, especially for those who’d like another chance to spend some more time with the Phantom Thieves.

Super Mario RPG is a lovingly-crafted remake that retains the original’s peculiar off-brand charm, appealing combat, and varied level design while subtly tinkering with numerous elements to make the game more palatable for modern players. The game can still be a bit too old-school for its own good at times, but any twinges of frustration pass quickly amid a steady stream of smile-inducing set pieces. Whether you’re new to Super Mario RPG or still own your original SNES cart, this experience will level up your Switch library.

Super Mario RPG est un remake un peu paresseux d’un jeu qui a pris un bon coup de vieux. On aurait apprécié un aspect visuel plus travaillé, pour commencer, ou un contenu suffisamment revu à la hausse pour justifier la vente au prix fort. Dans les faits, l’aventure manque peut-être un peu de charme, ce que n’aide en rien une vue isométrique pas toujours très digeste. Le jeu demeure sympathique, néanmoins. Notamment parce qu’il s’offre des mécaniques en combat plutôt grisantes, ainsi qu’une écriture amusante et des personnages sympathiques. Mais il y avait assurément matière à faire mieux avec cette base solide.

La conclusion est donc limpide : Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections est à Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 ce qu’était Generation à Ultimate Ninja Storm 2. Il serait bien difficile de vous conseiller l’achat de cet épisode si vous possédez déjà Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, si ce n’est pour celles et ceux qui veulent profiter d’un framerate plus solide et d’une expérience en ligne ajustée. Le contenu de cet épisode est certes gargantuesque, mais il ajoute trop peu d’éléments inédits pour qu’on puisse le considérer comme un indispensable. Tout en se reposant sur des bases toujours très solides, Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections ne fait que dans le recyclage sans aller au bout de son idée, celle de servir d’épisode référence pour toute la saga. Il reste un bon point d’entrée pour les nouveaux venus, tout en étant une suite trop timide.

Cette suite, hésitant entre logiques 2D et 3D, déçoit par sa réalisation bancale et la vétusté de la plupart de ses mécaniques. A réserver aux nostalgiques les plus téméraires.

Jagged Alliance 3 has many ups and downs but I ultimately came away frustrated, especially with the combat and the over complicated controls. There is potential there but I’m not sure I can wait around another 24 years to see that potential flourish.

n juego tan legendario como Flashback merecía un regreso muy superior a esta aventura que, sí, tiene algunas buenas ideas y pasión por la ciencia ficción, pero también un acabado muy pobre en lo técnico y en el diseño de juego.

Siendo fan del original, pero aunque no lo fuera, no puedo recomendar Flashback 2. Nada en él funciona. Ni el diseño ni el movimiento tosco y animaciones del personaje. Las plataformas tan interesantes de su primera parte brillan por su ausencia mientras que la deriva hacia la acción no lo hace mejor, con unos disparos imprecisos y nada divertidos. Técnicamente, el juego no funciona bien ni en términos de resolución ni de framerate. Y, por si fuera poco, tiene una cantidad de bugs que hace imposible terminar el juego. Por su importancia y legado, es uno de los mayores desastres que he jugado últimamente.
