Greyhill Incident is a fitting name for this awful horror game, because that’s how I’ll refer to the traumatic time I spent playing it. The fact that it so wholly mangles so many of the things it tries to pull off, from its story to its stealth, certainly feels like a conspiracy – and one I wish the government would have done a better job of covering up. I still can’t decide if the idea was to be ironic or scary, but Greyhill Incident fails in either scenario, resulting in a tedious but mercifully short jaunt through cornfields and backwater abodes that’s about as fun as actually being probed by aliens.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie brings some fascinating ideas to the table and manages to make the most of them despite a somewhat intimidating start. Fans of other Don't Nod games will be rewarded with yet another striking narrative experience, while everyone else will be treated to one of the more accessible and streamlined visual novel titles in recent memory. Harmony: The Fall of Reverie is a powerful visual novel that mixes a world-bending story with deeply personal stakes. Helpful quality-of-life features like the ability to go back and re-read earlier messages are also as approachable as they are omnipresent. It takes a while to get going, though it also makes familiarizing yourself with its somewhat dense lore easy thanks to a built-in codex that explains most of the in-world jargon required to understand what’s going on. But hidden between Reverie’s magic and metaphors is a story firmly rooted in the power of community, reflecting the resilience of the human spirit itself.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie è un'avventura narrativa di inaspettata profondità, forse l'opera della vera maturità artistica e concettuale di Don't Nod. La ricerca di un identità, la predestinazione e il senso della comunità sono le colonne portati di una narrazione estremamente focalizzata sulla storia, visto che gameplay e meccaniche sono totalmente sacrificate a favore di personaggi e situazioni. Considerando il curriculum dei creatori di Life is Strange, ciò non è comunque un difetto in senso stretto.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie è un'ottima avventura narrativa: profonda, matura e appassionante. Ci porta in un viaggio che parla di difficoltà, di identità e di destino, chiedendoci quale ruolo vogliamo giocare in una storia più grande del previsto e in che modo vorremmo plasmare non solo la vita di un gruppetto di persone, ma di un'intera cultura e in un certo senso anche dell'intera umanità. È un gioco di pura narrazione, estremamente focalizzato sui propri punti di forza, anche a costo di limitare il ritmo e l'introduzione di qualsiasi meccanica di gameplay "d'azione" presente ad esempio in Life is Strange. Al netto di qualche limite è però il miglior gioco di Don't Nod ad oggi.

MotoGP 23 è un gioco che parla alla nicchia di appassionati del motorsport su due ruote. L’intenzione di Milestone è quella di rendere quanto più realistica possibile l’esperienza di guida, con i suoi pregi e difetti. Così come nella controparte reale, bisogna allenarsi per poi andare in pista, rimuovendo man mano gli aiuti. Inseriti anche meteo dinamico e Flag to Flag, due elementi che si legano benissimo tra loro e riescono a dare quel tocco in più al gioco. Ottimo il sound design dei motori e di tutto ciò che riguarda la meccanica delle moto. Anche il comparto grafico ha fatto degli enormi passi in avanti, lasciando però indietro dei modelli “meno importanti”.

La prise en main des motos est clairement facilitée par les aides neurales. Cet ajout accroit indéniablement l'accessibilité que nous pouvons paramétrer à notre guise. La météo dynamique donne un plus de réalisme au jeu, ce qui rattrape une IA qui est bien trop souvent aux fraises. Le mode multijoueur est bien exploité avec notamment les courses classées et le cross-play pour les joueurs consoles. MotoGP 23 est une très bonne simulation de courses motocycliste qui ravira à la fois les spécialistes et les novices.

First and foremost, Harmony: The Fall of Reverie tells a captivating story. It excels in all aspects of game analysis, from its core mechanics to its fictional & narrative involvement, artwork, and replayability. Unfortunately, visual assets are re-used too often, breaking the first-sight sense of awe. Still, it stands out in the visual novel genre. Quoting the game, "change is a long-term process," and even the smallest decisions can have huge repercussions. You can spend tens of hours playing the game and keep returning for more. We can envision Harmony: The Fall of Reverie as a compelling narrative board game; all the ingredients and the core framework are already in place. We highly recommend the game for those looking for a captivating and emotionally interactive narrative. It is a must-play for visual novel & story-driven game fans.
