The Legend of Zelda : Tears of the Kingdom est un nouveau chef d’oeuvre qui fait passer Breath of the Wild, un des meilleurs jeux de tous les temps, pour un brouillon. En suivant les traces de son prédécesseur, il n’est plus une “révolution” certes, mais il parfait l’expérience du joueur dans une dimension épique qui n’a pas de pareil. La sensation de liberté, l’impression de vivre sa propre aventure sans contrainte, ce sont les grandes forces d’un jeu à la durée de vie absolument exceptionnelle. Tears of the Kingdom se découvre au fil du temps, petit à petit, à tel point qu’il aura encore des choses à nous révéler pendant des années. C’est un bijou d’une pureté absolue et définitivement, l’aventure avec un grand A.

Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma se positionne sans mal comme, à mes yeux, le meilleur opus de la série à ce jour. Il séduit par sa boucle de gameplay accrocheuse et sa DA tape-à-l’œil, qui accompagne une histoire bien ficelée, et l'on avale les heures à toute vitesse, perdu dans cet univers solide, jonglant entre missions, gestion du village, dates et combats. Comme je l'ai déjà dit, aucune de ces mécaniques n'est révolutionnaire prise séparément, mais Marvelous a su mélanger tout ceci pour nous offrir un opus 2025 plaisant en tout point. Certes, au fond, il s'agit encore d'un « simlife aventure rpg » comme la maison en propose beaucoup, mais Guardians of Azuma a un petit truc en plus qui fait qu’on l’aime plus quoi qu’il arrive.

Taken as intended, Elden Ring Nightreign is a thrilling slice of contemporary multiplayer action. It’s not entirely bereft of fresh juice, and gives me immense hope for The Duskbloods as a more fully realised push into genre experiment. But it’s also the first time I’ve witnessed FromSoftware craft something so blatantly uninterested in its own artistic merits or potential. A studio that has reached such heights through its unyielding commitment to weaving together narrative and systems, theme and formalism, now bent to breaking point for the sake of another of these games on the market. Gameplay is king here, artists made toymakers in its court.

Algunas de esas trabas siguen estando ahí, pero quien desee un juego de gestión y combate con contenido tiene aquí un digno representante... Siempre que pueda pasar por alto su deficiente apartado técnico.

Despite the game’s issues, many of which I haven’t the space to detail, I could not help but keep playing. Although it feels like Guardians of Azuma would have benefited from a bit more development time, there was enough satisfaction and enjoyment in the steady cadence of explore-build-socialise-rinse-repeat that I simply didn’t want it to end. In good news for anyone sharing these sentiments, to a certain extent it doesn’t end; you can continue to explore, expand your villages, and develop your relationships in the post-game. The main gameplay components fit together like jigsaw pieces, and, if you can look past the issues, on the whole it’s a bit of an unpolished gem – multifaceted, perhaps a little scratched up, but ultimately with some value under those surface imperfections.

Elden Ring Nightreign puede ser el juego más difícil que ha hecho FromSoftware, pero no por culpa de sus jefazos o por todas las mecánicas que hay que entender para superar las partidas, sino porque para disfrutarlo como es debido hay que tener amigos; amigos locos por los Souls.

EL nuevo EA Sports F1 25 no revolucionará ni el género ni la saga, siendo tan continuista como es, pero ha pulido ciertos aspectos (otros no) y añadido interesantes opciones a la gestión del equipo y al multijugador. La tecnología LiDAR impresiona

F1 25 no marca la vuelta rápida en la saga, pero sí que aporta mejoras sustanciales en materia de conducción respecto a F1 24 y se molesta en añadir contenido interesante y bien pulido como es Braking Point 3 o los añadidos de gestión de Mi Equipo.
