Star Wars Jedi: Survivor es una buena evolución de la fórmula que estableció Jedi: Fallen Order, creando un juego más complejo y ambicioso con otros referentes del medio en los que se inspira claramente. Es casi como tener dos juegos en uno, porque puedes seguir la campaña principal, más lineal, o perderte en su mundo abierto lleno de misiones, desafíos, puzles y secretos que descubrir. Esta exploración y plataformeo está al mejor nivel que he visto en un videojuego del estilo, pero en la acción y el combate hay todavía mucho que pulir, pues el juego abarca demasiado y termina con un sistema que no siempre es preciso a los mandos. El rendimiento y los bugs también merman la experiencia, sobre todo en el mundo abierto, pero es fácil terminar el juego con la satisfacción de haber vivido una gran aventura y que aún te queda mucho por descubrir.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor è un gioco migliore del capostipite, più ambizioso, elaborato e articolato, di più ampio respiro e in grado di far compiere un passo in avanti al franchise. Tutta questa grandezza si va però a scontrare con diversi limiti tecnici che evidenziano l'obsolescenza del motore grafico e la fretta di arrivare sul mercato. Un paio di mesi in più ai box avrebbero senz'altro dato un risultato diverso, migliore, ed è francamente un peccato che un gioiellino del genere non possa spiccare pienamente il volo nonostante la sua elevata caratura.

Migliorato sotto ogni punto di vista rispetto a Fallen Order, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor non è solo un sequel esemplare, ma un ottimo titolo di azione e di avventura a tutto tondo. Respawn si è letteralmente superato in termini di level design, fabbricando un gameplay ibrido che attinge alla tradizione metroidvania con una spolverata di open world e un sistema di combattimento ancora più solido. Peccato che la trama impieghi diverse ore a decollare, raggiungendo il suo picco solo nelle battute finali: al netto di vari problemi grafici che il team di Asmussen ha promesso di risolvere, Survivor è lo Star Wars videoludico in cui speravamo e che un po' ci meritavamo.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor est une suite époustouflante à Fallen Order. Les développeurs ont su tirer parti des forces du premier jeu, tout en corrigeant ses quelques défauts. L'exploration est prenante, variée et offre un monde semi ouvert bien pensé avec un level design génial. Les combats sont engageants avec cinq postures différentes à maîtriser. L'aspect de personnalisation est très poussé et nous offre une aventure sur mesure. Une très grande réussite pour l'univers Star Wars !

Honkai Star Rail highlights the issues that Genshin Impact had despite how many issues have been addressed. The game's barebones RPG mechanics will definitely improve over time, but it still will take a lot to convince any enthusiast to pick this game over other turn-based RPG gacha games.

Afterimage ne sort jamais des sillons laissés par ses pairs, et reste sans réelle prise de risque, mais il fait bien ce qu'il entreprend. Certes, si on se focalise sur le gameplay brut, on est en terrain archi connu, mais ce qu’on voit et ce qu’on entend nous émerveillent en permanence. Afterimage nous enchante sur la durée grâce à ses graphismes tape-à-l’œil et son univers attrayant qui gomment les défauts constatés sur la narration en retrait ou quelques problèmes de constructions/optimisation. Vous cherchez un titre qui vous en met plein les yeux (et les oreilles) ? Afterimage le fait sans détour ! Si vous voulez de l’originalité côté gameplay, ce n’est pas forcément le jeu adéquat.

Complaints aside, the talented developers of Aurogon Shanghai and Netera Entertainment should be proud of what they have accomplished with Afterimage. It nails the inherent excitement of exploration and discovery that fuels a Metroidvania and it does so with its own distinct visual identity. If you are a fan of the new wave of Metroidvanias, this is a title to watch out for. Do not miss it.

Afterimage è un Metroidvania 2D ispirato, bello da vedere come un dipinto, e indubbiamente stratificato. In poco più di venti ore, il viaggio di Renee nelle terre di Engardin vi conquisterà. Armi, armature ed incantesimi di ogni genere diventeranno per voi il pane quotidiano, oltre ad una nutrita dose di nemici sempre nuovi, capaci di mettervi alle strette anche nei momenti meno previsti.
