Auf den ersten Blick bietet die PSP-Umsetzung alles, was auch schon das PS3-Original (4P-Test) seinerzeit ausgezeichnet hatte – und sogar noch mehr: Der Story-Modus wurde deutlich erweitert, eine Hand voll zusätzlicher Karten implementiert und sogar neue Spielmodi sind an Bord. Vor allem Letztere stellen mit Bombenanschlägen, Sensenmann-Geplänkeln & Co einen gelungenen Mehrwert dar. Es gibt eigentlich nur zwei Dämpfer, doch die sind durchaus gravierend: So wurde die maximale Spielerzahl von 32 menschlichen Teilnehmern auf acht zusammen gestutzt. Das sorgt trotz zuschaltbarer KI-Mitstreiter für einen bitteren Beigeschmack, da das Original ja einen Großteil seiner Faszination gerade aus den turbulenten Massenschlachten schöpfte. Der zweite Fauxpas ist das Fehlen jeglicher Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten mit seinen Teamkollegen, ohne die gezielte Offensiven kaum mehr möglich sind. In manchen Spielmodi mag das gleichgültig sein, aber sobald es darum geht, einen Stützpunkt zu erobern, eine Bombe in den feindlichen Thronsaal zu schmuggeln oder die Prinzessin zu befreien, vermisst man den ursprünglichen Voice-Chat doch sehr. Nichtsdestotrotz ist Fat Princess aber auch in mobiler Form ein ungemein kurzweiliges Unterfangen, das durch seine einfache Handhabung, herrliche Dynamik und humorvolle Präsentation nach wie vor begeistern kann und selbst für Besitzer des Originals gelungene Extras bereit hält.

Mega Man 10 est un excellent produit dont on ne pourrait se passer. Se basant sur des mécanismes bien rodés, le titre de Capcom bénéficie toujours d'un level design intelligent qui ne laisse aucune place à l'approximation. Le Challenge Mode et le Time Attack sont les bienvenus pour les hardcore gamers alors que le Easy Mode permettra vraiment aux néophytes de prendre du plaisir et d'apprendre les mécanismes de jeu. Un vrai régal pour seulement 10 euros, à ne pas rater, fan de la série ou non.

With everything summed up the whole experience of Might and magic is enjoyable and rewarding, with a few little issues regarding the combat i still cannot recommend this anymore than i have if you are a fan of the RPG genre and need something to suck you in and take a few days and even nights away from you. pick this up now if you are new to the genre i would suggest then you try this and i reckon you will love it. The game makes your feel and care about the characters and the combat is rewarding and challenging enough for you to get your moneys worth about the game. this game may have almost passed us by but for gods sake make sure it doesn't for you.

Despite some wonky controls and a bland art style, Scrap Metal is a fun car combat game. The variety of missions will hold your interest and the upgrade system allows for a lot of customization. There are definitely some arcade thrills to be had here if you can get the hang of the controls. Fifteen bucks might be a bit steep, but it's definitely cheaper than wrecking your own car.

Some Classics never get old and Sonic is one of them. It doesn't matter how many games get released, the original Sonic will always have a special place in my heart. The graphics don't look dated, the game play is still immense and it never gets old. But I will step away from my fan boy view of Sonic long enough to see if the latest release on the DS is worth the money or not.

Scrap Metal a quelques bons arguments à faire valoir, à commencer par son originalité et sa prise en main quasi immédiate. De plus, l'IA est parfaitement équilibrée, offrant une vive opposition sans être cheatée. Pourtant, l'expérience n'a rien d'inoubliable, répétitive en solo et complètement loupée en multi. Au final, on retient les efforts concédés dans le design des bolides et le soin apporté à la progression, notamment au niveau de la customisation mécanique. A essayer avant d'acheter !

Mount & Blade n’a pas attendu Warband pour être un grand jeu, mais une chose est sûre : avec cette extension stand-alone très réussie, il devrait marquer durablement les esprits. Finalement, peu importent les améliorations d’un rendu visuel dont beaucoup de joueurs avaient réussi à s’accommoder. Mais les nombreux petits ajouts dont s’enrichit le gameplay (l’arrivée d’une nouvelle faction, la possibilité de courtiser une dame ou de prétendre au trône...) renouvellent suffisamment l’expérience en attendant l’arrivée des premiers gros mods. Qui plus est, l’option multijoueur, tout aussi classique soit-elle, est une vraie bonne surprise car elle se révèle particulièrement accrocheuse. Il faut avoir vécu des batailles épiques opposant des dizaines de joueurs pour le comprendre. Pour moins de 30 euros, c’est donc la promesse de nombreuses heures de plaisir, sans compter celui – non négligeable – de soutenir un petit studio indépendant qui le mérite.

Let’s face it, though. If you’re currently playing EQ2, then chances are you’re already up to your waist in Sentinel’s Fate and loving it. It’s an expansion in the most accurate sense of the word – it expands everything that EQ2 already had, but doesn’t really add anything different. If you’re a new player looking to start, Sentinel’s Fate – like the expansion before it – comes with the original game and all prior expansions included, so it’s extremely good value. If you’re looking to come back to EQ2 after a hiatus, you simply need to ask yourself if you want more of the same. For my money, Sentinel’s Fate brings a good amount of content, but doesn’t do enough to truly excite.
