Whilst I take issue with the game’s pacing and its hit and miss AI, there’s little else to scoff at here. American Fugitive is a love letter to fans of classic Grand Theft Auto. The game’s stunning world is full of varied activities and events, with no shortage of choice to take to throughout each and every aspect within. This is all held together by remarkably fluid gameplay, putting forward a sandbox that’s deep, robust, and constantly action-packed.

Everybody's Golf VR est une version allégée du jeu de golf conçu par Clap Hanz dont le principal argument vient de l'aspect purement immersif. Au PS Move comme au pad, les bonnes sensations peinent à cacher la déception engendrée par le manque général de contenu. Le titre édité par Sony met de côté la profondeur au profit d'une accessibilité à toute épreuve, ce qui pourrait rebuter les habitués. Si vous aimez tenter l'eagle sans prise de tête avec un casque sur la vôtre, cette édition pourrait néanmoins répondre à vos attentes.

I guess if the story and writing was sacrificed, it went to making a more concise and impactful gameplay with the addition of three new weapons into the series and the promise of additional content until Summer. This is a game that keeps in line with the previous entries. It’s like that younger sibling who’s managed to be more skillful and prettier than the elders, except for the rampant use of duct tape for clothes.

La storia regge, e - al contempo - offre un divertimento naturale, infantile, perfetto per chi, dopo una giornata di lavoro o di pesantezza, vuole solo sedersi, impugnare un pad e iniziare a divertirsi senza un obiettivo nella testa. E, sebbene il paragone con GTA non sia esente né tanto meno lontano, Saints Row è un prodotto completamente diverso e il metro di misura regge solo fino al momento in cui la valutazione è blanda e superficiale. Encore plus déjanté que d'habitude, Saints Row apporte assez de fraîcheur pour s'extirper du marasme des sorties de fin d'année grâce à son style irrévérencieux. Tanks, véhicules futuristes, guérilla urbaine, malgré son aspect technique dépassé et de vilains bugs, il offre une grosse dose de fun et de nombreuses options de customisation. Si vous aimez le style gangster-pimp, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Castlevania Anniversary Collection è chiaramente una raccolta dedicata ai soli nostalgici e a chi nutre un entusiasmo nei confronti del franchise Konami tale da volerne studiare in prima persona le origini, dedicando qualche ora a confrontarsi con gli spigoli e la legnosità dei primi episodi usciti su NES, ma al contempo apprezzando le tante novità introdotte nel corso degli anni e con il passaggio verso le nuove piattaforme. I due titoli per Game Boy sentono molto il peso del tempo e le versioni dei giochi incluse nel pacchetto sono quelle originali, con glitch e difetti riproposti in maniera fedele, ma non gli manca il fascino. Certo, è un peccato che la collection con Rondo of Blood e Symphony of the Night sia stata pubblicata separatamente: con quei titoli aggiunti alla lista staremmo parlando di una produzione di ben altro valore.
