If anything, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey showcases Ubisoft’s commitment to strengthen the franchise and keep it relevant. Not only does Odyssey successfully expand and build on the systems and foundations that made last year’s entry so compelling, but it also relays more character, depth and world engagement throughout. Make no mistake about it, this is the finest entry in the series so far.

Child of Light è oggi come quattro anni fa un piccolo gioco magico e poetico, che vuole essere forma oltre che sostanza. La malinconia dell’accompagnamento al piano di sottofondo, unito a una direzione artistica strepitosa e a una delicatezza nel racconto che non è cosa comune lo rende un piccolo gioiellino perfetto per la console Nintendo, che lo abbiate giocato al tempo così come lo vogliate scoprire ora.

Yakuza: Kiwami 2 tiene virtudes suficientes para ser considerado el mejor juego de la saga aparecido en PlayStation 4. Habrá elementos más discutibles que otros, pero lo que no se puede refutar es que es un remake que tiene todo lo bueno de esta saga, y que además corrige errores que afeaban el resultado final de la sexta entrega. Es el visualmente más atractivo, tiene una de las historias más destacadas de la franquicia, novedades que no estaban en el juego original, y horas de juego por delante. ¿Se puede pedir más? Tal vez una poco probable traducción al español.

Luigi’s Mansion proves that there’s still life in the 3DS, even as the Switch seems positioned to become its replacement. This version is so much more than a look at a title from that past. We’re getting to play a lost piece of Nintendo’s history; a game that was originally designed for 3D, but was never fully realised due to the limitations of the technology at the time. After nearly two decades, we're playing Luigi's Mansion as it was originally intended, and it is as fun now as it was when the GameCube launched. If you’ve never played it before, you should definitely pick up this version. If you already have, the added functionality in the 3DS port provides more than enough reason to pick up the Poltergust one more time, although if you're one of those people who found the 2001 original disappointingly shallow (yes, such people actually exist), then this update is unlikely to change your mind, even with the welcome introduction of 3D support.

Rares sont les jeux qui réussissent à nous épater à la fois par leur réalisation artistique et par leur gameplay. Pourtant, Child of Light est clairement de ceux-là. Véritable conte, entièrement en vers, il nous éblouit de ses décors faits main tout en nous livrant une bande originale quasiment parfaite. Son système de combat, qui sort tout droit de Grandia, s'avère quant à lui finement stratégique et pourtant simple d'accès. Une véritable réussite à petit prix, il serait pratiquement coupable d'hésiter.

My Memory of Us, despite its stellar narration and its wonderful visual design, is a game that’s far too simplistic for its own good. The game’s puzzles rely on tired concepts that take little more than common sense to overcome, with added stealth elements that remain equal to that. The end result makes for a journey that aims to be both deep and emotional, but ultimately fails to meet its intentions.

The World Ends with You -Final Remix- è un gioco carico di fascino e ricco di cura per i dettagli. A fronte di un sistema di combattimento mai preciso al 100% rimane un'esperienza solida e trascinante. Sicuramente consigliato a chi non ha mai avuto modo di provare l'originale, il titolo ha qualcosa da dire anche a chi volesse rituffarsi nel mondo di Neku e compagni, per godere della rinnovata veste grafica, le diverse aggiunte e l'encomiabile localizzazione in italiano.
